Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Dicoction Qingliangzhixue In Treating Pediatric Isolated Hematuria

Objective:To observe the clinically curative effect of dicoction qingliangzhixue on pediatricisolated hematuria(IH). Then to discuss the pathogenesis of isolated hematuria(IH) and themechanisma of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and meanwhile to provide theoreticalbases for clinical treatment of TCM and efficacy of IH.Materials and methods: 60 cases of children with IH, who have been treated in our hospitalfrom Apr. 2005 to Feb.2007, were randomly divided into 2 groups: TCM treatment group(30cases, 17males, 13females, mean age 6.79±2.26 years) and western medicine comparisongroup (30cases, 19males, 11females, mean age 7.71±2.13 years). The treatment group childrenreceived TCM (dicoction qingliangzhixue), the comparison group children were treated withwestern medicine following their symptom. To observe the curative effect of 2groups.Results:1.The counts of uric sediment red blood bell are reduced obviously by treating with dicoctionqingliangzhixue. Comparing with before treatment, there is very obviously different aftertreating 15days, 1month, 3months(P＜0.01). In comparison group, Comparing with beforetreatment, there is marked different after treating 3months(P＜0.05).2.Contrast two groups before and after treatment, the treatment group's counts of uricsediment red blood bell are lest than those of the comparison group after treating 15days,1month, 3months(P＜0.05, P＜0.05, P＜0.01).3.The total efficiency of the treatment group is 93.33%, it is superior to the comparisongroup, whose efficiency is 53.33%(P＜0.01). Conclusion:1. hot,deficiency,stasis is the chiefpatho-factor of the pediatric IH. pathogenic heat is thekey point of developing uria blood, and is composed of sthenic fever and asthenic fever. Itoften characterize "fire-heat flourishing" in clinic. "hot chipping in bladder, forcing bloodrunning, adustum arteries and veins" is the important pathogenesy of IH.2. "removing heat to cool blood to stop bleeding "is the important principle in treating IH. Theagent of removing heat to cool blood to stop bleeding can debug the heat of postamenorrheaedema, then achieve the destination of treating IH. Investigate carefully, prescribe drugprudently, apply "removing heat to cool blood to stop bleeding" flexibly according to state ofthe illness's change.3. "removing heat to cool blood to stop bleeding" is applied to treat the pediatric isolatedhematuria in clinic, can reduce the excretion of uric red blood bell, improve curativeeffect, shorten period of treatment.
