The Praeparatum Of Shen-Qi-Ling And Initial Study On Mechanism Of Immuno-regulation In Mice After Heavy Exercise

Objective: Develop Shen-Qi-Ling preparation through choosing several raw material,analyze content of its essential nutrient: ganoderan, total protein, fat, trace element;Detect the change of moust's T lymphocyte subset:CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and NKceUs,IL-2, by these can get the mechanism how Shen-Qi-Ling regulate exerciseimmunity.Methods: By referencing regulation of Drug granules in Pharmacopoeia of thePeople's Republic of China, to corning,torrefy,package; to detect the content ofganoderan,total protein by using ultraviolet absorption spectrometry; Randomlydivide mice to 4 groups, one is control group, the others take Shen-Qi-Ling, then take 3weeks tread exercise, collect their peripheral blood, the changes of T-lymphocytesubset are detected by FCM and IL-2 by EILISA.Result:(1) Apis cerana Fabricius is 24%, torrefy for 3 hours, granula can be gottenwonderfully.(2) The average percent of Ganoderan is 0.35%, total protein is 47.21%, fat is0.72%, there are also several trace elements which can regulate body's immunity.(3) The percent of CD4+ cells and the ration of CD4+/CD8+ are increasedcompared with contol group. There is no difference between high and low dose, butthere is difference between high and low exercise lever.(4) Shen-Qi-Ling can improve the activity of mouse's IL-2Conclusion:(1) It is successful to design the dosage form of Shen-Qi-Ling, there are morenutritional ingredient such as protein, so can be used to report to a higher authority forhealth food.(2) Shen-Qi-Ling can regulate mouse's immunity especialy that after moreexercise.
