The Clinical Effect Study On PAIgG Of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Treated By Ziqian Capsule

Objective:For approving the effect of Ziqian Capsule and providing theory basis to treating Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (CITP) with Ziqian Capsule being applied in clinic, this study was to observe the effect to platelet associate antibody G (PAIgG) of the patients with CITP treated by Ziqian Capsule.Methods:Devided 64 CITP patients into treated group with Ziqian Capsule and control group with Shengxuexiaoban capsule randomly which 32 patients in the former group while 32 in the latter one; We observe the curative effect of Ziqian Capsule and Shengxuexiaoban, and PAIgG lever in serum of peripheral blood measured by ELISA before and after treatment.Results:1. The total rate of effectiveness of treated group was 93.75%, Curative effect of Ziqian Capsule was superior to Shengxuexiaoban capsule2. Ziqian capsule can elevated the levels of PLT, the granule could also increase the number of thrombocytogenous megakaryocyte while decrease the number of granular megakaryocyte.3. The levels of PAIgG increase in the patients with CITP; Ziqian capsule lowered levels of PAIgG of CITP, it has obviously different to the group of Shengxuexiaoban capsule.Conclusions:From the observation and experiement, the results show that curative effect of Ziqian Capsule was explicit the patients of CITP, the levers of PLT,thrombocytogenous megakaryocyte,granular megakaryocyte and PAIgG are abnormal, but each of them has obviously changes after treatment, so Ziqian Capsule is an effective drug to treat CITP.
