Clinical Studies On Effect Of Zi-Qian Capsule On Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective:The clinical effect of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP) treated by ZiQian capsule.Methods:61 patients with CITP were divided into 2 groups,adopting randomized,single blinded and controlled principle.The treated group were treated with ZiQian capsule and the control group were treated with Promote thrombocyte capsule.The changes of clinical symptom,platelet levels between the 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:①The total effective rate of Ziqian Capsule was 83.87%and that of Promote thrombocyte capsule was 70%.There was obvious difference between the 2 groups(P＜0.05).②The platelet of the 2 groups elevated after treatment,and the effect ZiQian capsule was significantly superior to Promote thrombocyte capsule(P＜0.05).③The effect of ZiQian capsule was significantly superior to Promote thrombocyte capsule on clinical symptom (P＜0.05).Conclusions:1.There is some effection of ZiQian capsule in promoting the patients of CITP and the total effective rate of ZiQian capsule on CITP is superior to that of Promote thrombocyte capsule.2.ZiQian capsule could improve the number of platelet and the effect of the ZiQian capsule was better than the Promote thrombocyte capsule in platelet elevated.3.The effect of the ZiQian capsule was better than the Promote thrombocyte capsule in clinical symptoms improving.
