| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cross electro-nape-acupuncture in the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy after stroke,to explore the effectiveness of cross electro-nape-acupuncture in the treatment of swallowing disorders in pseudobulbar palsy,and to provide a new method and effective test basis for the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy.Methods:According to the random number table,45 of 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the treatment group(cross electro-nape-acupuncture group)and the rest as the control group(conventional electro-nape-acupuncture group).The two groups were given the same basic treatment of primary diseases such as medication,nursing,scalp acupuncture treatment of paralytic stroke.After the same Lianquan acupoint was needled in both groups,then Yinfeng and Fengchi acupoints were needled as connections of electrodes.The treatment group crossed the electrode wires to the acupoints on both sides,that is,the positive pole of the electrode wires was connected to the Yinfeng acupoint on one side,and the negative pole was connected to the Fengchi acupoint on the opposite side;the control group connected the electrode wires on the same side,that is,the positive pole of the electrode wires was connected to the Yifeng acupoint on one side,and the negative pole was connected to the Fengchi acupoint on the same side;the two groups acupuncture intensity was based on 4,and the fluctuation was no more than 1,and used high-low frequency wave for 30 minutes of continuous electrical stimulation,and needled twice a day for six consecutive days,course of treatment was continued for four weeks.Before treatment and after the end of treatment,the swallowing function of the two groups was evaluated according to the Water Swallow Test,Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS)and Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA),and the data were summarized and statistically analyzed.Results:1.After treatment,the evaluation results of Water Swallow Test,Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS)and Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)in the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before treatment.The comparison among the three scales in the two groups showed that P< 0.05,which proved that the efficacy of two groups was significant different,and the swallowing function of the two groups was improved after treatment.2.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared one by one.After statistical analysis test,it was found that the level and score of improvement of the two groups in the three scales were different(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of treatment was also different(P < 0.05),functional recovery of the treatment group was better than the control group,and the total clinical effective rate was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both cross electro-nape-acupuncture and conventional electro-nape-acupuncture are effective in the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy after stroke.2.Cross electro-nape-acupuncture improved the evaluation of swallowing function in patients with pseudobulbar palsy after stroke,which was better than that of conventional electro-nape-acupuncture.3.The therapeutic effect of cross electro-nape-acupuncture on pseudobulbar palsy after stroke is better than that of the conventional electro-nape-acupuncture. |
