Research Of Main Pharmacodynamics And Initial Approach Of Mechanism On LO Capsule

The main pharmacodynamics experiments of LO capsule were investigated and mechanism of LO capsule on auriculoventricular block were initial approached. The experimental results indicated that LO capsule could depress the PR interval difference, PP interval difference and coincidnece time (P＜0.05, P＜0.01) of the atrial ventricular block model of rabbit induced by verapamil hydrochloride, and could depress the PR interval difference of the atrial ventricular block model of guinea pig induced by adenosine (P＜0.05, P＜0.01); LO capsule could obviously improve the ischemic electrocardiogram T-wave induced by Pituitrin (Pit). ST segment difts on electrocardiogram in acute myocardial ischemia rats induced by Isoprotereno (Iso) were obviously opposed by LO capsule. LO capsule could significantly depress the ST segment difts in 3 min; 5min; 10min after ischemical reperfusion injury in rats, could heighten erythrocuprein (SOD) activity and degrade the malonaldehyde (MDA) activity of cordis serum; also, LO capsule could depress the packing fraction of the platelet of rabbit, which is induced by ADP (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), and could depress the index of blood stasis rats induced by giant molecule dextran (P＜0.05, P＜0.01); what is more, LO capsule could depress times of writhing response induced by acetic acid (0.6%) in mice (P＜0.05, P＜0.01); could obviously shorten the time of arrhythmia induced by barium chloride (BaCl₂) in rats; but LO capsule has no protection on ventricular fibrillation induced by chloroform (CCl₃) in mice.Summarizing all the experimental results, LO capsule could improve and relief auriculoventricular block (AVB), and promote blood flow, remove blood stasis and has anti-heart muscle ischemia effect.
