ObjectiveQinyi Tongfu Xiere was a particular therapy method for acutepancreatitis. This study was aim to estimate it's therapeutic effect for acutepancreatitis and study how it treat.Method110 patients who underwent acute pancreatitis were enrolled into thisretrospective study. According to the guideline for diagnosis and treatmentof acute pancreatitis they were divide into mild acute pancreatitis and severeacute pancreatitis, which named group one and group two. Ranson score, APACHE-Ⅱscore and CT score were used to estimate their progression andprognosis. Symptoms, gastrointestinal function, serum amylase levels, whiteblood corpuscle counts, serum aspartic acid levels, serum lactic aciddehydrogenase levels of the two groups were compared.ResultsSymptoms and gastrointestinal function of the patients at group one werebetter than that at group two. Cure rate and total effective rate of group onewere 69.8% and 93%, when that of group two were 25% and 79.2% (P<0.05).Totaleffective rate of restoration of gastrointestinal function of group one was83.3% when that of group two was 91.67%.4 mild cases round into severe acutepancreatitis. Serum amylase levels, white blood corpuscle counts, serumaspartic acid levels, serum lactic acid dehydrogenase levels of group one weresignificantly decreased after treatment and were significant lower than thoseof group two(P<0.05).ConclusionQinyi Tongfu Xiere was therapeutical for acute pancreatitis. It couldprevent mild acute pancreatitis from rounding into severe acute pancreatitis and decrease complication.
