Clinical Study On Tongluojiangzhi Capsules In Treating Hyperlipidemia

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Tongluojiangzhi Capsule that based 0:1 XinXianTongLuo method in Luo disease theory and composed of XinXianTongLuo medicines in treating Hyperlipidemia.Method: 71 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into 2 groups: Tongluojiangzhi Capsule group (35 cases) and Xue Zhi Kang group(36 cases).After the time of treatment being sure to 8 weeks, the changes of clinical symptoms, blood lipid, blood circulation were observed respectively and analyzed statistically.Result: By comparison, there is obviously different in improving clinical symptom between Tongluojiangzhi Capsule group and control group. The treated group was better than the control group(p<0.05) in aspect of improving monomial clinical symptom and blood circulation.Conclusions : Tongluojiangzhi Capsule could adjust effectively lipid levels ,improve blood circulation and reduce LAP/AP levels .Meanwhile ,it proved that Tongluojiangzhi Capsule could obviously reduce the danger of stroke and relieve the clinical syndrome of patients with hyperlipidemia, especially those patients with long course and old ages.
