Clinical Observation Of Rehabilitation Effect Of Auricular Plaster On The "Turbid Phlegm Obstructing And Blood Stasis Type" Of Hyperlipidemia

Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate auricular plaster on the "turbid phlegm obstructing and blood stasis type" of hyperlipidemia(HLP).Clinical efficiency,signs and symptoms integration and blood fat are indicators.And approach the mechanism of action about the auricular plaster of the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),wishing to offer an idea on community rehabilitation treatment of HLP.Method:60 patients,suffering from the "turbid phlegm obstructing and blood stasis type" of HLP disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the comparison group,each group for 30 cases.The comparison group with directions of diets,the treatment group on the basis of the comparison group binding with "auricular plaster"."Auricular plaster" as a kind of health massage of TCM,chose the auricular points "shengmen,incretion,coriaceous, live,stomach,sanjiao".Sterilizing these points with 75%alcohol,then adhereing the wangbuliuxing seed to 0.6 cm×0.6 cm sticking plaster,using the nipper adhere the sticking plasters to the points.Then the patients can press these auricular points until it congests and gall.The pressing should be adequate in case of ulceration.Generally pressing three to five times one day,each time for 1 minute,after three days chang the other ear.The course of treatment is three months in both groups.Following indicators were compared before and after treatment:clinical efficiency,symptoms integration,blood fat such as total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoproteincholesterol (LDL-C).Results:1.After the treatment,the clinical efficiency and clinical symptoms integral had statistical significance.Comparison of the two groups was a significant difference(P＜0.05),the effect of the treatment group was better than the comparion group.2.Before and after the treatment,the BMI and WHR showed:afeter the treatment,BMI had statistical significance(P＜0.01),but there was no statistical differences between two sets;WHR of the treatment group had statistical significance,the comparison group had no statistical significance(P＞0.05),and the treatment group was better.3.Before and after the treatment,the blood fat showed:before treatment,there were not differences between two sets;and after treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C had statistical significance(P＜0.01),both of the groups were effective,and the treatment group was better;HDL-C had no statistical significance(P＞0.05) between two sets. Conclusion:1.The "auricular plaster" can improve the signs and symptoms of HLP,especially the "turbid phlegm obstructing and blood stasis type".2.The "auricular plaster" can modify BMI and WHR.3.The "auricular plaster" can modify TC,TG,HDE-C,EDE-C.4.The "auricular plaster" offers beneficial idea for the community rehabilitation of HEP.
