| Objective:To investigate expression of Ezrin,KAI1 and CD44v6 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma ,discuss the relevancy of each other and its relationship with clinical pathological factors.Methods:The expressions of Ezrin,KAI1 and CD44v6 in 90 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma were detected by PV9000 immunohistochemical staining.Results:The expression of Ezrin was closely correlated with histopathological grade and axillary lymphnode metastasis status (P<0.05),but it was not associated with TNM stage,the number of lymphnode metastasis,tumor size and patient's age(P>0.05),The expression of CD44v6 were correlated with TNM stage,histopathological grade and axillary lymphnode metastasis status(P<0.05),but not correlated with the number of lymphnode metastasis, tumor size and patient's age(P >0.05),Expression of KAI1 were not correlated with TNM stage,histopathological grade,the number of lymphnode metastasis and patient's age(P>0.05),but it was associated with axillary lymphnode metastasis status and tumor size(P<0.05).And there are direct correlation was showed in the expressions of CD44v6 and Ezrin. Furthermore, the high expression of both revealed significant correlation with axillary lymphonode metastasis in breast invasive ductal carcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion:(1)Ezrin and CD44v6 interaction promote the lymphonode metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.(2)KAI1 can restrain the invasion and metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.We also found that there were correlation between KAI1 and CD44v6. (3)Ezrin,KAI1 and CD44v6 interaction and form a chain which can affect the invasion and metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,just like a network system. They might serve as important tumor marker in predicting lymphatic metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.(4)Especially pay enough attention to patient who axillary lymphnode metastasis negative,but the expression of Ezrin and CD44v6 positive,KAI1 negative.
