Dryopteris fragrans is a plant belonging to Dryopteris of Dryopteridaceae and processing fragrance.It grows in mountain slope or rock crack which is 1000~1700m above sea level in Northern and northeast of China. According to the records of traditional popular prescription, Dryopteris fragrans achieves good therapeutical effects on dermatogic diseases especially for the beriberi and the athlete's foot caused by fungus. At present the drugs from the market healing dermatogic diseases are mostly western medicines, which have noticeable adverse effects and drug resistance, therefore Dryopteris fragrans as a plant medicine has better potential for development.The components of Dryopteris fragrans were studied by gel silica and gel column chromatography, et al and 14 compounds were separated from 70% ethanol extractions of Dryopteris fragrans. Then 9 compounds were structurally identified by physico-chemical properties and data of spectrum. The compounds separated form the part of N-hexane are Aspidin, Dryofragin and Aspidinol. The compounds separated from the part of chloroform areβ-sitosterol and rutin. The compounds separated form the part of acetic ether are 5,7-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl chromone , quercetin and quercetin-3-β-D-pyranglucoside. The compounds separated form the part of is rutin. It is the first time to separated the compounds of quercetin, quercetin-3-β-D-pyranglucoside, rutin and 5,7-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymeth- yl chromone from Dryopteris fragrans.Xiangdan injection is mixed by Salvia extract and saturated solution of Jiangxiang by steam distillation. It has the function of removing blood stasis, promoting blood circulation, expanding blood vessels and improving the flow of aeteria coronaria. In clinic Xiangdan injection is commonly used for heart disease, coronary artery disease and cerebrovascular disease, and it have good effect in hepatic cirrhosis and chronic renal failure.The objective of the study is looking for the rule between spectrum and pharmacodynamics of Traditional Chinese Medicine by the study of dependability between fingerprint and pharmacodynamics of Xiangdan injection. The result of the study can offer the dependable reference to quality control and efficacy evaluation of Xiangdan injection. First Xiangdan injection was extracted to 5 parts and mixed them. Then to observe the effects of these parts on anti-anoxia and myocardial ischemic injury. The parts of D,E,DE,AE,CE,ABCDE show good effect in anti-anoxia experiment. DE is the best, and ADE is followed. The parts of DE,CE,BD,ADE show the good effect on myocardial ischemic injury experiment. CE is the best, and the followed is DE. By the analysis with regression analysis and neural network, the result show that the Protocatechualdehyde and Salvianolic acid B is the active ingredients of Xiangdan injection. Finally to found the quantitative method of effective part and active ingredients with multicriteria.
