Clinical Study On The Correlation Between The Empty Blood Turbid Syndrome And Related Laboratory Indexes In Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

PurPoses:By relevant analysis about objective indicators of the ty Pe?diabetes Patients such as the gender,age,bloodbiochemistry,blood routine examination and he Patorenal function and the syndromes of turbid blood with deficiency of vital qi,this Pa Per ex Plored the objective laws about syndromes of turbid blood in diabetes,and revealed objective evidences on diagnosis combining with clinical sym Ptoms so as to Provide guidance in enrich the syndrome differentiation of turbid blood.Methods:By collecting 300 ty Pe ? diabetes Patients in affiliated hos Pital endocrinology de Partment of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to January 2017,inquiring their medical histories and sym Ptoms in detail,tidying the four diagnosis information of TCM and objectifying results in charts.To ex Plore the correlation about syndromes,age,gender and other normal laboratory indexes of turbid blood Patients with deficiency of vital qi in diabetes,we analyzed indexes like blood routine examination and blood biochemistry by statistical methods such as analysis of variance,correlationanalysis,frequencies and clustering analysis.Results:(1)In this study the 300 cases of ty Pe ? diabetes Patients were all in accordance with the diagnosis of the turbid blood,and according to the standard about syndrome differentiation of turbid blood and ex Periences of Professors they were divided into grou Ps,including 204 cases with deficiency of qi,15 cases with deficiency of blood,44 cases with deficiency of yin,7 cases with deficiency of yang,5 cases with no influences,3 cases with deficiency of qi and blood,8 cases with deficiency of qi and yin,2 cases with deficiency of qi and yang and 12 cases with deficiency of yin and blood.(2)The degree of turbid blood has Positive correlation connection with age,course of disease and BMI.With the older age,longer course of disease and higher BMI,the degree of turbid blood is more serious.(3)The turbid blood with deficiency of vital qi is the main syndrome in ty Pe ? diabetes.The most common is turbid blood with deficiency of qi and then is with deficiency of yin,which have obvious correlation with course of disease,age and com Plications.The turbid blood with deficiency of qi has obvious correlation with course of disease and com Plications.The turbid blood with deficiency of blood has no correlation with age,course of disease,BMI and com Plications.The turbid blood with deficiency of yin has correlation with course of disease.The turbid blood with deficiency of yang has correlation with BMI.(4)The degree of turbid blood has obvious Positive correlation with triglyceride(TG)and homocysteine(Hcy).(5)For the clinical diagnosis of turbid blood with deficiency of yang,renal function is the im Portant reference factor,es Pecially the urinary microalbumin(m Alb).Conclusions:(1)The ty Pe ? diabetes has obvious connection with turbid blood,es Pecially turbid blood with deficiency of vital qi.At early time of diabetes the sym Ptoms are mild,and in Period with com Plications the sym Ptoms are serious.(2)Objective indicators like MPV,Hcy,TG,age,BMI and so on are closely related with turbid blood,which are im Portant to determine the syndrome of turbid blood.(3)The most common ty Pe is turbid blood with deficiency of qi then is with deficiency of yin,the former of which is the basic mechanism of disease for diabetes and the main cause of other com Plex syndromes.(4)The turbid blood with deficiency of yang can be diagnosed only by the abnormal changes of the urinary microalbumin.
