Objective: In this study, mainly through the observation of Influence on Accompany symptoms of dysmenorrheal patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea by acupuncturing Sanyinjiao, xuanzhong acupoint and non-points, to confirm the existence of specificity on Meridian acupoint, non-Meridian acupoint, and different meridian acupoint in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 40 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into four groups, including acupuncture Sanyinjiao group 9 cases, xuanzhong acupuncture group 12 cases, non-acupuncture points group 9 cases and 10 cases in the control group without acupuncture. Observing the score changes (RSS retrospective scale) between bebefore acupuncture and acupuncture intervention in the cycle of two months with symptoms of dysmenorrhea, and to compare the differences between the four groups. Results: Acupuncture Sanyinjiao in improving accompany symptoms of dysmenorrheal patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea is superior to the xuanzhong acupoint and non-points, there was no significant differences in xuanzhong acupuncture group, non-acupuncture points group and the control group. Thereby confirming the existence of specificity on Meridian acupoint, non-Meridian acupoint, and the different Meridian acupoint in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and the specificity of Meridian point is closely related to Meridian and Meridian plays a dominant role in the specificity of Meridian point.
