The Clinical Study On Instant Effect Of Bloodletting Therapy By Different Bleeding Volume Of Weizhong Point On Efficacy And Surface Electromyography In Patients With Low Back Pain

Purpose:Observe the instant effect of low back pain treated by the different bleeting amounts of Weizhong point,and provide the scientific basis for the bloodletting method of acupuncture clinic to low back pain treating.Method:Adopt clinical research design plan of single blind method and random contrast method,60 patients randomly were divided into 2 sets for the bloodletting bleeds according with making standard,and every forms every 30 examples;60 patients were treated with scattered acupuncture weizhong point of both sides,then immediately cupped on them for 3-5 minutes. The bleeting amounts respectively arrive at 18ml for 5 for 1 set and 3ml for 0 for 2 set.All patients finish VAS(Visual Analogous Scale)and the measurement of waist moving range and surface electromyography of waist at pre and post treatment immediately.Data acquired was done by statistics analysis.Compare the change of symptoms and physical signs at pre and post treatment and between two group;and surface electromyography at pre and post treatment and between two group.Result:(1) Visual analogous scale:there was no notable difference in Visual analogous scale between the two groups before the treatment(p＞0.05).Visual analogous scale scoring reduces after treated,there was more significant difference between Visual analogous scale at pre and post treatment(p＜0.01).and it has notable difference between two sets(p＜0.05).The Visual analogous scale by bleeding 18ml for 5 reduces more.(2) Forward-bent range of waist:there was no significant difference in waist moving forward-bent range between the two groups before the treatment(p＞0.05),and there was commparability.There was significant difference between waist moving range at pre and post treatment(p＜0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups after treated (p＞0.05).(3) Surface electromyography of waist(Root Mean Square and Median Frequency):There was no significant difference between forward-bent surface electromyography of waist of two groups before the treatment(p＞0.05),and there was more notable difference at pre and post treatment(p＜0.01),and there was no significant difference between two groups after treated(p＜0.05),it changed more by bleeding 18ml for 5.There was no significant difference between upright position surface electromyography of wais of the two groups(p＞0.05) before the treatment,and there was notable significant difference at pre and post treatment(p＜0.05).and it had no significant difference between two sets after treated(p＞0.05).There was no significant difference between prone position surface electromyography at pre and post treatment have no significant difference(p＞0.05),and it had no significant difference between two sets after treated(p＞0.05).There was no significant difference between flying swallow type surface electromyo -graphy at pre and post treatment(p＞0.05),and it between two sets had no significant difference after treated(p＞0.05).Conclusion:(1)Treatment of bloodletting of Weizhong point had obvious instant analgesic effect and analgesic effect by bleeding 18ml for 5 was better than it by bleeding 3ml for 0.(2)Forward-bent range of waist can increase obviously after treatment of bloodletting of Weizhong point.There was no significant difference between bleeding 18ml for 5 and bleeding 3ml for 0.(3)Treatment of bloodletting of Weizhong point can obviously reduce surface electromyo -graphy RMS and increase MF;So it suggested that treatment of bloodletting of Weizhong point can improve obviously muscles tensity of waist(spastic degree)and fatigue degree of waist.(4)Relieving muscles tensity(spastic degree)and fatigue degree by bleeding 18ml for 5 was more better than it by bleeding 3ml for 0 of Weizhong point from forward-bent surface electromyography of waist;there was no significant difference between bleeding 18ml for 5 and bleeding 3ml for 0 in other postures.
