The Expression Of Aromatase In Breast Precancerous Lesion Tissue

Objective:To Detect the genic and proteic expression level of aromatase in breast precancerous lesion.It will be a rationale for medical preventional therapy for breast cancer.Methods:Collecting benign breast tissue: multiple intraductal papilloma,breast atypical hyperplasia,breast carcinoma in situ. Choosing normal breast tissue as negative control group, and breast cancer tissue as positive control group.We detect the genic expression level of aromatase in benign breast tissue by Fluorescence Quantitative RT-PCR,and proteic expression level of aromatase by immunohistochemistryResult:Aromatase's gene and protein express in the lesion of breast: multiple intraductal papilloma,breast atypical hyperplasia,breast carcinoma in situ and breast cancer. Aromatase maybe express the most in the breast cancer tissue, the second in the lesion of breast carcinoma in situ and breast atypical hyperplasia, and the least in the multiple intraductal papilloma.Conclusion: The aromatase inhibitors maybe can cure the lesion of breast atypical hyperplasia,breast carcinoma in situ, and maybe can prevent the happan of the breast cancer.
