The Clinical And Experimental Research Of Allium Stalk Extract

Objectives:1.Through the clinical and experimental research of Allium Stalk extract in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and observe the effect and mechanisms of the Allium Stalk extract in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.2.To clarify acute cerebral infarction of traditional medical pathogenesis is closely related to the Yang-qi impassability,and provides theoretical support of activating yang traditional medicine on prevention of ischemic brain diseases,and explore a new way of traditional Chinese medicine on prevention of ischemic brain diseases,provides a new innovation for Chinese medicine research.Methods1.Clinical research:Choose 60 cases patients with acute ischemic stroke, use random table method according to the hospital sequence,randomly divided into two groups:Allium Stalk extract 30 cases and common treatment control group 30 cases,control group use common medicine treatment of Neurology Department(Symptomatic treatment such as promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis,protection function of nerve cells,maintain blood pressure and contro glucose),patients in the treatment group based on common treatments,ues Allium Stalk extract50mg,PO,Tid.the period of treatment is 14 days,continuous observed 2 periods of treatment,reference to the《Stroke patients' clinical neurologic functional score standards》passed in the fourth national conference of cerebrovascular disease,then assess the patients' clinical curative effect through nerve function and the quality of life.2.Experimental research:60 weight of(200±20g) health SD female rats,the rates were divided into Sham using the method of completely stochastic design,model set,Allium Stalk extract hige dose,middle dose and low dose groups,and ginkgo leaf tablet group,each group has 10 rats;using thread method to build middle cerebral artery infarction(MCAO) and preparation of acute cerebral infarction model,give different concentrations of Allium Stalk extractafter rates were wake up in 6h, controls and model group give physiological saline,14 days later use brain blood flow detection instrument testing rats blood flow,took blood from abdominal aorta,sparation of plasma and serum,using ELISA to determination plasma Level of IL-6,C-reactie protein.Results1.Clinical research:(1) The patients of Allium Stalk extract and common treatments contrast groups' neurologic deficits points decreased,compared with before treatment,there is a significant difference(P<0.05);(2) he patients of Allium Stalk extract and common treatments contrast groups' neurologic deficits points decreased,compared with after treatment,there is a difference(P<0.05);Allium Stalk extract group effective rate is 93.30%,treatments contrast groups effective rate is 73.3%,compare with two group,there is a certain difference(P<0.05 ).2.Experimental research:(1) The influence to the rats blood flow of each group:The blood flow has increased of three Allium Stalk extractgroups. compared with modle group,there is a significant difference(P<0.01). Compared with hige dose,middle dose and low dose groups of Allium Stalk extract,the hige dose group is better,there has a differences in Statistics(P<0.05).Allium Stalk extract hige dose group has no significant difference with Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine(P>0.05);(2)The effect to the plasma Level of IL-6 and C-reactie protein level,Allium Stalk extract of each groups had decreased compared with model group(P<0.05),there is no significant difference compared with Allium Stalk extract hige dose group and Chinese traditional medicine control groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Allium Stalk extract has a definite treatment on the acute cerebral infarction,the nechanism maybe through promoting blood circulation and increases blood flow to the brain ischemia,and slow the immune response mediated by the inflammation factors after ischemia,then improve the condition after cerebral ischemia of blood and anoxic,protect brain cells.2.Through cinical research and eperimental research,we discover that Allium Stalk extract has a effective treatment in the acute cerebral infarction,it counterevidence the yang-qi impassability may be an important segment in the development of acute cerebral infarction,activating yang traditional Chinese medicine is an important and effective way in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,it have an certain scientifics to ues yang-qi impassability theoretical to the guidance in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
