The Study Of Correlation Between The Patterns Of Fallopian Tube Under HSG And The Fallopian Tube Pregnancy

ObjectiveExplore the correlation between the patterns of fallopian tube under HSG and fallopian tubal pregnancy.MethordFrom January 2008 to April 2008,patients examinated by HSG in the interventional department in the 1st affiliated hospital of Chinese Medicine were reviewed.According to the pregnancy situation after the HSG were divided into three groups.One group of 46 cases of tubal pregnancy,the average age of 29.11±2.875 year-old;One group of 41 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, the average age of 29.11±2.875 year-old;One group of 291 cases of infertility, the average age of 29.05±3.877 year-old.All patients before inspected has a history of infertility in the 1-2 years.The removal tube of tubal pregnancy patients was examinated by pathological,and villus was found.Infertile patients were followed up 1 year after HSG.Intrauterine pregnancy patients with telephone follow-up,has further been identified by ultrasound.The data input into the computer,and establish databases.Statistical Package for the application of SPSS13.0 statistical analysis.Statistical description:The basic situation of the population of three group,ampullary mucosa situation, signs of filling defect,ampulla distortions using descriptive statistical methods.Univariate analysis:classification of variables was analyzed by Pearson's test or Fisher's exact probability method and R×C table associated analysis.Multivariate analysis:Establishment of logistic regression model between multi-classification variable(division) and the independent variables(ampullary mucosa situation,signs of filling defect).ResultsBy comparison,the average age of the three groups has no significant difference(P=0.97),Ampullary mucosa in three groups is different,means the three groups has correlation to the ampulla mucosal(Pearson contingency coefficient=0.676).There are statistically significant between three groups in the ampulla filling defect signs,means the three groups has correlation to the filling defect signs(Pearson contingency coefficient=0.546).The distorted in the ampulla between tubal pregnancy group and other two groups was no statistical significance(P=0.14).Dispersion began to appear at the serial number between ectopic pregnancy group and non-ectopic pregnancy group was no statistical significance(P=0.97).Through the logistic regression model analysis:When the ampulla mucosa without signs of filling defect, Interrupted for ampullary mucosa predict the probability of infertility was 78.1%;Ampullary mucosal integrity of the forecast for the probability of intrauterine pregnancy was 65.3%;Completely disappear for ampullary mucosa predict the probability of infertility is 97.2%.When there are signs of filling defect in ampullary mucosa,ampullary mucosal disruption forecast for the probability of tubal pregnancy was 75.7%;Ampullary mucosal integrity of the forecast for the probability of intrauterine pregnancy of 58.7%,Completely disappear for ampullary mucosa predict the probability of infertility is 75.8%.ConclusionsThe patterns of fallopian tube under HSG and the fallopian tube pregnancy were closely related.The interrupted ampulla mucosa and ampullary signs of filling defect can be used as two more reliable prediction of tubal pregnancy after examination.In the patients with two signs,doctors should advise them to take contraceptive measures and the corresponding treatment,in order to prevent the occurrence of tubal pregnancy.
