Clinical Research On Treatment Of Atherothrombotic Brain Infarction With Kangshuancapsule

Objective:By observing Kangshuan capsule's clinical application for treatment on the Atherothrombotic brain infarction,we verified the effect of Kangshuan capsule in clinical and explored its mechanism of treatment on Atherothrombotic brain infarction,furthermore,the evidence for clinical popularization of the therapy can be provided.Methods:According to diagnosis standards in the study,60 patients were randomly classified into two groups:the comparison group with 30 cases were given medicine to treat regularly,the therapy group with 30 cases were given Kangshuan capsule besides the medicine as the comparison group.A period of treatment contains thirty—two days.The nerve function's deficiency and the clinic grade of stroke were evaluated,TCM to be in effect Ischemic apoplexy,TCM to be in effect Hou,then the changes in blood hemorheology and blood liquid were compared respectively before treatment and post—treatment between two groups.Results:①On the clinical effect,the total effective rate of the therapy group treated with the Kangshuan capsule,which was 90%,exceeded obviously that of the comparison group in normal method,which was 76.6%.②On the Chinese traditional medicine symptom of Hou:there was extreme difference in decreases of the clinical scores of the therapy group and each symptom in contrast with that of the comparison group(P＜0.05)after treatment.③The difference was remarkable in the scores of nerve function deficiency(P＜0.05).④On the Chinese traditional medicine symptom of Ischemic apoplexy:there was extreme difference in decreases of the clinical scores of the therapy group and each symptom in contrast with that of the comparison group(P＜0.05)after treatment.⑤The blood hemorheology:The effects in treated group are better than that of the comparison group(P＜0.05).⑥The blood liquid:The effects in treated group are better than that of the comparison group(P＜0.05).⑦The badness and side effect:There are no side effects in both groups.Conclusion:Kangshuan capsule's clinical effect in the treatment of the Atherothrombotic brain infarction is remarkable as well as safe.
