Clinical Study About The Effect Of Nao Mai Tong Capsule On As Convalescence Of Ischemic Apoplexy With Blood Stasis Due To Deficiency Of Qi

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of nao mai tong capsule and effects on the parameters of blood rheology on patiens as convalescence of ischemic apoplexy.Method:60 patients with blood stasis due to deficiency of QiOf the patients who were diagnosed as convalescence of ischemic apoplexy from June 2005 to December 2005 were selected and divided into two groups randomly (treatment group and western medicine control group), and treated with nao mai tong capsule and nao an casule respectively for four weeks.By observed the symptoms,clinical effects and Chinese medical syndromes and the vaviationsof the arameters of blood rheology,we discuss the effect of nao mai tong capsule treat ischemic apoplexy.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medical syndromes was 86.7% in the treatment and 80% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05). Compared to that before treating,the parameters of blood rheology of the treatment group after treating were decreased, there were statistically significance (p<0.01).the whole blood viscosity of the control group was decreased,there was statistically significance(p <0.01).Compared to the control group, the treatment group has better curative effect to improve the abnormity of some the arameters of blood rheology include whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosiy and concentration of fibrinogen,and there were statistically significance (p< 0.01)Conclusion:Nao mai tong capsule is a effective prescription to the patient with convalescence of ischemic apoplexy with blood stasis due to deficiency of qi and can decreas the parameters of blood rheology.
