Objective:To investigate the lead-zinc district of environmental pollution on the health effects of occupational groups, and research that nutrients interfere in the lead and cadmium and zinc excess joint toxicity through animal experiments, the aim is to prevent and control the occurrence of occupational poisoning, better to prevent the health of occupational groups. It could provide theoretical data for protecting the health of employees in the lead-zinc zone.Methods:①The study select 380 cases of workers,long-term working and living in lead-zinc district, aged 18-45 years old, more than 2 years service,of which include 278 cases of men and 102 cases of women of reproductive age,as the exposed group; The control group is to 40km away from the east River from the upper reaches of the mining area Town of 316 residents, aged between 18-45 years of age,of which 160 cases of male, female 156 cases,as a control group; The study includes that carry out the general state population, common medical and surgical examination(including:diagnosis symptoms,signs,screen-positive search, etc),occupational poisoning signs(gingival lead lines, metallic taste in the mouth, acral paresthesia, etc),female reproductive function tests(including:menstrual cycle disorders, abnormal leukorrhea, lower back pain, abdominal pain, etc),pregnancy outcome (spontaneous abortion, stillbirth, stillbirth, premature birth, etc) investigation.②All of these treatments were done to 36 weaning Wistar rats weighted from 46-72g,were equally divided between male and female. The control group was la vaged with distilled water, while the lead exposure group was hvaged with lead acetate(1.3mg/kg.bw),cadmium chloride(4.4mg/kg.bw),zinc sulfate(150.4mg/kg.bw),by gavage exposure 1ml/100g.bw, ferrous sulfate atthe same time(119.1mg/kg.bw),calcium acetate(474mg/kg.bw),vitamin B2 (14mg/kg.bw),vitamin C(450mg/kg.bw) after preparation of the mixture subjected to nutritional intervention. After the rats were sacrificed, collecting blood, urine, feces, such as the determination of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, lead, cadmium content,as well as hematological indicators,an analysis of the results.Results:①With the increase of length of service, professional people in mass of lead, cadmium content also increased(P<0.05,P<0.01);Exposed population dizziness, chest tightness, metallic taste in the mouth, abdominal pain, acral paresthesia and were higher than the incidence of hypertension(P<0.05,P<0.01);exposed group made of lead, cadmium and zinc were higher(P<0.01).Group of workers exposed to the menstrual cycle disorders, the incidence of menstrual irregularities are higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Lead-zinc employment rate of married women in infertility, spontaneous abortion rates were higher,There were significant differences(P<0.01);Stillbirth rates, the first year of post-natal infant mortality rates higher than those exposed group(P<0.05).②The exposure group after exposed one week, the weight has been growing slowly, its growth significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);The exposure group, the intervention group were lower than body weight in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The exposure group, the intervention group in rat liver, spleen Weights were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.01,P<0.05);infected blood copper, zinc content of blood group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Calcium content in experimental groups were lower than the intervention group, control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); intervention group red blood cell(RBC) count, hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT) were higher than the experimental groups(P<0.05);Exposure group, the intervention group leukocyte(WBC) count lower than the control group(P<0.05);Urinary lead, cadmium, fecal lead, cadmium, lead, cadmium, bone lead and cadmium exposure group, the intervention group were higher than, the difference statistically significance(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The conclusions of environmental pollution in the lead-zinc district have an adverse impact on occupational health;Lead and cadmium on the impact of changes in animal body weight of the body toxicity is one of the earlier emergence of the performance; The experimental results showed that liver, kidney, spleen device has not yet resulted in obvious qualitative changes, but the rats were caused changes in concentration levels of trace elements; The comprehensive nutrition intervention had a certain degree of antagonism on the heavy metal elements.
