[Objective] Describe lan-ping lead-zinc mine of cadmium pollution condition,Understanding women of reproductive age in the accumulation of cadmium load andthe correlation of exposure and dose, survey of reproductive age women ofreproductive outcome situation and discuss the influence factors, Evaluation ofmining area environment of lead-zinc cadmium pollution of the influence of women’sreproductive outcome, For the women of reproductive age in lead-zinc lan-pingreproductive health evaluation to provide the reference.[Methods] Through the survey, And actual research needs to choose three researcharea (A area, the town for Jin-Ding、Tong-Dian、Shi-Dong,That is for high cadmiumexposed areas; B area,The town for Ying-Pan,That is for low cadmium exposed areas;C area,The town for La-Jing,That is controlled zone, one for the B area as thecontrolled zone, the area C for controlled zone), Each block and the unit to within thedivision. In the research area in the group, choose18years old to45women ofchild-bearing age as the research object. Sure sampling of sample size, to takemultiple stage random sampling methods,To lead-zinc Lan-ping mining area womenof child-bearing age three research area with the village for minimal research unitrandom sampling technology women of child-bearing age hair samples, Urine sampleand the questionnaire, The wet digestion method for the hair treatment, Flame atomicabsorption spectrometry determined cadmium, manganese, zinc, lead in the metalelements the content of hair samples and the urine,Through questionnaire Epidate3.02entry database, using SPSS17.0in statistical analysis. Choose the two area of therepresentative groups data and Lan-Ping lead-zinc mine the district research data, andanalysis its comparability. Use double entry straight figure, scatterplot chart, statisticsand quality control chart, the chart, etc statistical description, Through the t test, rank and inspection, X2, analysis of variance, simple linear regression analysis, multiplelinear regression analysis, many factors logistic regression analysis of statisticalinference, and using factor analysis evaluation.[Results](1) Lan-Ping lead-zinc mine environmental media, local residents weremore situations of pollution, Cadmium pollution of water which was70.34%, and theaverage pollution index of40.74; Soil of cadmium which was90.65%, and theaverage pollution index of22.13; Environmental media (air) cadmium which100%,and the average concentration for100g/hm2, local residents hair cadmium and urinecadmium which60%and50%. Towns serious environment pollution degree in turncadmium for Jin-Ding>He-Xi> Tong-Dian>Shi-Dong>Zhong-Pai>Ying-Pan.(2)High exposure area women of child-bearing age which is96%, low exposure areawomen of child-bearing age which is96%, which is92%controlled zone. Theresearch object hair cadmium interval are statistically significant difference (H=41.23, p <0.05). Urine cadmium high exposure area women of child-bearing agewhich is31%, low cadmium exposed area which is63%, which is36%controlledzone. In addition to high cadmium exposed area and controlled zone outside was notstatistically significant (p>0.05), and the rest are statistically significant differencesbetween interval (H=49.64, p <0.05).(3) environmental cadmium exposure dosageaffect women of child-bearing age body of cadmium load, has the obvious linearrelationship (p <0.05).(4) mean compare the study area and other areas cadmiumload, regional district hair cadmium than other places mean obviously mean; Regionaldistrict urine significantly higher than a city cadmium urine cadmium mean.Cadmium load S-N-K more significant (p <0.05). Three research area that cadmiumto women of child-bearing age the influence of reproductive outcome comparablity.(5) age, occupation, education, marriage age, mining area, staple food, drinking water, drinking, eating soy products, edible seafood, fertility factors influence the number ofwomen of all body cadmium load and reproductive outcome situation, obviousstatistical significance (F=31.672, P=0.00).(6) cadmium pollution is the seriousinfluence of reproductive age women of reproductive end problems, cadmium load insync with the menstrual cycle, abnormal menstrual quantity, dysmenorrhea have the statistical meaning of obvious (P <0.05); Cadmium load in sync with the sterility, abortion times, pregnancy complications have obvious statistical significance (P <0.05); Cadmium load in sync with the mammary gland hyperplasia, cervicitis, pelvicinflammation or pelvic cavity accumulates fluid have the statistical meaning ofobvious (P <0.05); Cadmium load in sync with the the waist sour or back pain, jointpain, pharynx pain have significantly statistical significance (P <0.05), It is indicatingthat the cadmium may have affected skeletal system and respiratory system function, produce the clinical symptoms.(7) cadmium load to women of child-bearing agemore than the outcome of the reproductive factors logistic regression analysis, incontrol of the other influencing factors, the model of comprehensive coefficientinspection, X2=134.419, P <0.001, logistic regression models have statisticalsignificance, exposed area women of child-bearing age reproductive outcome is thepossibility of cadmium pollution, Lan-Ping lead-zinc mine women of child-bearingage all aspects of the reproductive outcome by the influence of different level.[Conclusions](1) Lan-Ping lead-zinc mine environment by different levels ofcadmium pollution.(2) women of child-bearing age body hair cadmium, urine thepresence of cadmium different degrees of overweight phenomenon.(3) environmentalcadmium exposure dosage affect women of child-bearing age body of cadmium load.(4) Lan-Ping lead-zinc mine women of child-bearing age cadmium load is muchhigher than in other regions cadmium load value.(5) age, occupation, education, marriage age, whether there is around whether mining area, the production of staplefood, drinking water, drinking, eating soy products, edible seafood, birth number andother factors influenced in women of child-bearing age cadmium load andreproductive outcome condition.(6) cadmium pollution have the serious influence ofreproductive age women of reproductive health problems, the main cause abnormalmenstrual cycle, menstrual quantity is increased, cause dysmenorrhea, lead toinfertilityand pregnancy complications increase, occurred mammary gland hyperplasia, cervicitis, pelvic inflammation or pelvic cavity accumulates fluid of increasedopportunities, and also cause the waist sour or low back pain, joint pain, pharynx painand other symptoms.(7) Lan-Ping lead-zinc mine women of child-bearing age all aspects of the reproductive outcome by the influence of different level.
