The Clinical Research On Lipoprotein α In Children With Frequent Relapse Nephrotic Syndrome By Treatment Of Granule Shenkangling

Objective:Investigate the alternation of lipoproteinα(LPa) in frequent relapse nephrotic syndrome of children(FRNS) on the treatment of traditional chinese medicine granule shenkangling To analyze the lipid metabolism in FRNS and the effect of granule shenkangling.Methods:23 children patients with FRNS were randomly divided into test group(Shenkangling+prednisone)with 10 cases and control group (prednisone+lipid-lowering drugs+ anticoagulant drug)with 13 cases.Collect intravenous blood 10-15ml from each child in 8:00am,anticoagulanting by heparin,before the teatment and 2weeks after urinary protein is negative.Test the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and lipoproteinα(Lpa)by automated biochemical analyzing mechine.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 13.0 system software.Results:1.Before treatment,the level of cholesterol and lipoproteinαin both test group and control group was much higher than that in normal children.2.After treatment the level of cholesterol and lipoproteinαin both test group and control group was lower than that before the treatment.3.In test group the level of cholesterol before the treatment was obviously higher than that after the treatment(P＜0.01).Compared with the cntrol group there was no difference(P=0.544＞0.05).4.The number of days when urinary protein was positive,was concerned with the level of lipoproteinα.5.Before the treatment the level of triglyceride was higher than normal only in a part of patients in both test group and control group.In most patients,both in test group and control group,the level of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen,tested before and after the treatment,was in normal level.Conclusions:1.The level of total cholesterol and lipoproteinαin FRNS children was higher than the normal,it illustrates that the FRNS children have the hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulable state.The level of lipoproteinαwas obviously higher than the normal,as it reports,it can be regarded as an indicator to declare the hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulable state in FRNS children.2.In control group the level of cholesterol before the treatment was higher than that after treatment(P＜0.01).It illusrates the Alginric Sodium Diester(Polysaccharide Sulfate Paskins,PSS)can improve the hyperlipidemia in FRNS children,as the literature reports.In test group the level of cholesterol before the treatment was higher than that after treatment(P＜0.01 ).It illustrates the traditional chinese medicine granule shenkangling can improve the hyperlipidemia in FRNS children as well.There was no difference between test group and control group(P= 0.544＞0.05).According to the relationship between the number of days when urinary protein was positive,and the level of lipoproteinα,we can regard the level of lipoproteinαas an indicator to signify the seriousness of FRNS.3.After many years of clinical research,my graduate instructor has his own opinion to children FRNS.He points out the FRNS children represent some dificiency in kidney and congestion.And the therapy method of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation should be used in the whole process of FRNS.4.The traditional chinese medicine granule shenkangling can tonify the kidney and promote blood circulation,can improve the the hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulable state in FRNS children.
