Purpose: To observe the effects of the LNT on dentritic cell and PCNA of the Lewis lung cancer, to clarify the mechanism, to offer reasonable experiment evidence in the clinic therapy.Method: Lewis lung tumor bearing mice were treated respectively with lentinan, cisplation to observe the function of dentritic cell, lymphocyte transformation rate, proliferating cell nuclear antigen in the mice in order to approve that lentinan can enhances the soakage function of the DC cell and restrains the cell proliferation of tumor cell.Result: (1)It is approved that LNT can suppress the cell growth of the Lewis lung cancer by improving function of immunity apparatus. (2)LNT enhances soakage function of lymphocyte by improving the lymphocyte transformation rate. (3)LNT enhances the soakage function of the DC cell. (4)LNT restrains the cell proliferation of tumor cell----PCNA .Conclusion:the mechanism of restraining tumour :1)LNT can enhance evidently the immune fuction of DC cell. 2)LNT can depress the proliferous activity of tumour cells. 3) LNT can enhance existence quality of the mice by bating poisionous side-effect of western medicine.
