ObjectiveAchalasia Pelvie Floor Syndrome refers to the body in the stool, the pelvic floor muscle reflex abnormalities or randomness causing by a group of syndromes. The salient clinical characters of pelvic floor muscles during defecation are the abnormal contraction but not relaxation, so that the anal outlet obstruction results in the difficulties of defecation and refractory constipation. For the pelvic floor achalasia causing by constipation's treatment, whether it is western drug or surgical treatment, there are always the side effects and efficacy instability. The United States Institute of colorectal disease and other physicians believe that biofeedback is the first-line treatment for constipation which is due to pelvic achalasia. Chinese medicine for the treatment of constipation has a long history, its treatment has accumulated a wealth of experience. Its treatments base on the syndrome differentiation. Chinese medicine treatment of constipation are more characteristic. This study uses traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback training to treat constipation caused by Achalasia Pelvie Floor Syndrome. Through the comparative study of the efficacy difference between two groups, we can explore the feasibility of application of two kinds of combination therapy, effectiveness and advantages, and we also can provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods60 patients who were diagnosed as Achalasia Pelvie Floor Syndrome constipation patients(all patients in our hospital and other hospitals by colonoscopy or barium enema to exclude space-occupying lesion intestine. The physical and chemical or special physical examination and systemic examination to exclude, such as the endocrine and metabolic diseases, multiple sclerosis and other systemic cause constipation), male 19 cases, female 41 cases, in accordance with the principle of randomization, are assigned in the treatment group of 30 patients and in control group 30 cases. After statistical analysis, clinical data of the two groups in general there was no significant difference (P>0.05), and it's comparable. The treatment group treatment is the disease experienced instructors using the Yichang Tongmi Tang, at the same time, is combining with biofeedback therapy instrument, while the control group were treated with biofeedback therapy instrument. The treatment group and control group are 10 days for a course of treatment, three courses as the standard, and comparisons between the two groups are the total effect of each treatment, the corresponding improvement in symptoms and the situation of defecation in 3 months after treatment.ResultsThe number of the treatment group is 30 cases and the total effective rate is 86.7%.30 patients in the control group and the total efficiency is 56.7%. After statistical analysis, the efficacy of the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05). After 3 months, the situation of the treatment group when the constipation' s patients defecate between the two groups are better than the control group's by statistical analysis.ConclusionBiofeedback instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for constipation which due to achalasia pelvie floor is a stable, simple and feasible method. This treatment is significantly better than a simple instrument for use of biofeedback therapy training biofeedback treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on the principle of the whole concept. Traditional Chinese medicine compound has the advantages of a multitarget, the combined effect. The treatment to cure the main symptoms, at the same time, in order to function as the basic conditioning organs to make up for the merely use of biofeedback therapy instrument for biofeedback training in treatment of constipation caused by pelvic floor Achalasia. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment with biofeedback training of constipation caused by pelvic floor Achalasia worthy of clinical practice.
