Background:Constipation is a common disease of the digestive system, which affects the quality of people’s life. As its complex causes, stubborn illness and difficulty of the treatment, there is no special treatment at this stage. Therefore, it is particularly i-mportant to find an effective, less side effects of treatment. Achalasia Pelvic Floor is a group of syndrome caused by abnormal pelvic floor muscle reflection or randomness, and it will bring about the constipation which is a common type in constipation cla-ssification. TCM treatment for constipation has a long history and has accumulated rich experience. Constipation belongs to primary disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion. Bbiological feedback is a therapy in treating achalasia pelvic floor syndr-ome that most colorectal physicians will give priority to. So for the combination of the two first-line therapy used to explore the effectiveness and provides reference for the clinical promotion. And looking for new ideas and perspectives of this diseases clinical treatment and research.Objection:To evaluate the effectivity and advantage of biofeedback associating with acupuncture on achalasia pelvic floor syndrome. Methods:Choosing 40 patients who suffered from constipation had been admitted in this clinical department from Jan 01,2014 to October 30,2014, and conformed to the standard. Patients had been randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (20 ca-ses) and control group (20 cases). The group treatment was using the acupuncture tre-atment, at the same time, combined with biofeedback therapy instrument, while the c-ontrol group was treated by biofeedback therapy instrument. Both were treated for 20 days,10 days for a course of treatment. Patients and any changes about curative effect, primary symptom, the quality of life, pelvic floor methods of electrical level would b-e observed and recorded after the treatment, and the following 3 months the Record treatment recurrence would continue to be carefully recorded. Then the statistical anal-ysis would be conducted in order to draw the final conclusion. Results:The treatment group shed off 1 case, and the control group shed off 2 cases. After two courses of treatment, the treatment group of 20 cases, markedly effective rate was 65%, total effective rate was 85%.The control group of 20 cases, the marke-dly effective rate was 30%, total effective rate was 65%. After statistics analysis, an increasingly rate of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment gro-up in the symptoms improved significantly better than that in control group. After 2 courses of treatment, with the comparison of groups in,quality of life score,constipatio-n primary symptom, pelvic floor methods of electrical level and treatment recurrence after 3 months follow-up, it was obvious that treatment group was superior to control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Acupuncture combines with biofeedback can significantly improve the APFS pelvic floor muscle coordination and clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence-rate, thus impro ve the patients quality of life.2. Acupuncture combines with biofeedback is a good efficacy treatments and stable. Improving clinical primary symptom APFS, at the same time it made up the lack of clinical efficacy of work slowly by only using biofeedback therapy instrument. And it is worth to be promoted and applied in clinic.
