Clinical Study On Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In Treating Pelvic Floor Achalasia Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating pelvic floor achalasia syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.The research methods:In this study,63 patients with pelvic floor achalasia wh o met inclusion standard were randomly divided into 31 treatment groups(treated with Xu efu Zhuyu decoction),32 control groups(biofeedback training),by Random numbers gener ated by Random number Table.There were 1 missing case in the treatment group,2 miss ing cases in the control group,and 60 cases in the final effective case.The treatment gro up and the control group each had 30 cases,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Obser ve the symptom scores and total symptom scores of the patients before and after the 2nd and 4th week of treatment.The resting pressure of anal sphincter,the initial rectal thresho Id,anxiety and depression were observed before and after treatment,and the curative effec t was evaluated.Results:1.in the second week of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatme nt group was 63.3%,and that of the control group was 83.3%.the treatment e ffect of the control group was better than that of the treatment group(p<0.05).The total score of symptoms in both groups was improved(p<0.05),an d the symptom control group was better than the treatment group(p<0.05)2.the 4th week of treatment:the total effective rate of the treatment gro up was 86.7%,while that of the control group was 83.3%.there was no signif icant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The total symptom scores of the two groups were improved(p<0.05),and there was no significant dif ference between the two groups(p>0.05).3.comparison of anal sphincter resting pressure and rectal initial threshol d before and after treatment:the treatment group and the control group have i mproved before and after treatment(p<0.05),and there is no significant diffe rence between the groups(p>0.05)4.Comparison of anxiety and depression scores before and after treatment the treatment group and the control group have improvement before and after treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group(p<0.05)5.in terms of single symptom score,defecation difficulty and excessive exertion occurred in the second week.the defecation time of the control group was better than that of the treatment group(p<0.05).Bristol stool was cla ssified into two groups with no significant difference(P>0.05)in dropping,e ndless,distending sensation,frequency and anal pain during defecation.At the 4th week,there was no significant difference in defecation difficulty,excessiv e force,frequency and defecation time between the two groups(p>0.05).Bri stol stool character typing,falling,incomplete and distending sensation were be tter in the treatment group than in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The Modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating pelvic floor achalasia syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which indicat es that the short term effect of the control group was better than that of the tr eatment group,and the long-term curative effect of the treatment group was be tter than that of the control group.The results showed that modified Xuefu Zh uyu decoction was effective in the treatment of pelvic floor achalasia in outlet obstructive constipation.Moreover,the treatment group is better than the con trol group in the improvement of fecal traits,incontinence of feces,excessive f eces,sensation,and anal pain symptoms and anxiety and depression,and it is worth further studying and popularizing the treatment method of pelvic floor ac halasia sign in clinic.
