Objective:Biofeedback is the first choice to treat constipation caused by Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome. The patients with Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome always accompanied by modern unfree. This research is observing the effect of electroacupuncture of Medial Liao, Second Liao, Hui Yang and BL 57, combined with the training of biolfeedback, to treat liver depression and qi stagnation type of constipation caused by Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome. Then the research explores the feasibility and advantage of the two therapies, and provide reference for clinical staff. Methods:With the reference to the Guiding Principles of the New Chinese Medicine, the prospective, randomized, positive drug parallel controlled clinical trial was taken to investigate. The diagnostic criteria refered to the standard for Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome, which was made by anorectal branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine in 2012, and combined with international functional bowel disease Roman Ⅲ standard, make a definitive diagnosis According to the diagnostic criteria,60 patients with constipation were conformed to the criteria among the outpatients came to Anorectal Department in Beijing Univercity of Chinese Medicine Dongfang Hospital during June 2014 to March 2015. Then 60 cases were randomly and equally dived into treatment, group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated by biofeedback training 3-4 times every week. The treatment lasted 20minutes each time. The patients in the treatment group were treated by electroacupuncture and biofeedback training. After the acupuncture of Medial Liao, Second Liao, Hui Yang and BL 57 brought about the desired sensation, we connected the two poles of electroacupuncture apparatus with the needle handles which were in the acupoints The wave was continuous, and the output intensity was limited by the tolerance of patients. The treatment also lasted 20 minutes each time and 3-4 times each week. After 4 weeks of treatment, we analyzed the treatment effect of two groups and compared the symptoms integral changes of the two groups before and after treatment and the differences between the two groups. Through the statistical analysis, the curative effect was analyzed and the conclusion was drawn. All the data was counted and analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results:In the evaluation, before the start of treatment, there is no significant statistical difference in age, sexuality, duration, the score of the clinical symptom and other factors, of the patients from the two groups. For P>0.05, there exists comparability. After the treatment, among the observation group,3 cases are clinical cure,14 cases are markedly effective,9 cases are improved,4 cases are ineffective, the effective rate is 86.67%; Among the control group,2 cases are clinical cure,7 cases are markedly effective,11 cases are improved,10 cases are ineffective, the effective rate is 66.67%. With non-parametric test, Z=-2.605, P= 0.012, P<0.05, the total effective rate of treatment group is significantly higher than the control group’s. After treatment, the symptoms integral of the treatment group reduce obviously. According to non-parametric test, Z=-20.95, P= 0.000, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. So the symptoms of the treatment group improve significantly. After treatment, the symptoms integral of the control group reduce obviously. According to non-parametric test, Z=-11.77, P=0.000, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. So the symptoms of the control group improve ignificantly. Comparing the symptoms integral of the treatment group and control group, the results of treatment group reduce obviously. According to non-parametric test, Z=-4.367, P=0.000, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. So in improving the symptoms, the treatment group is better than the control group. Comparing every symptom integral of the treatment group and control group, the treatment group in defecation time defecation time interval, defecate difficulty, chest pain reduces more obviously than the control group among the primary symptoms, the difference is statistically significant, P<0.05. And the integration of the excrement character in treatment group is not statistically and significantly different from the control group, P>0.05. The treatment group in abdominal pain, belching, fidgety reduces more obviously than the control group among the primary symptoms the difference is statistically significant, P<0.05. But the treatment group in the scores of dull anus pain and inappetence reduce little, and the result is not statistically significant, comparing with the control group, P>0.05. The improvement of the two groups is not obvious, in excrement character, dull anus pain and inappetence. Maybe the results are caused by the duration of treating, the amount of cases, the individual habitus and other related reasons To clarify the problem, further research is needed by clinic. Conclusion:Biofeedback is effective to treat liver depression and qi stagnation type of constipation caused by Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome. Electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback training can obviously improve the patients’clinical symptoms, and the curative effect is more obvious than biofeedback traing. The results explains that Electroacupuncture has certain curative effect in treating constipation caused by Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome. Electroacupuncture can soothing liver and regulate qi, embellish aperient bowel. For the application is easy, it is worth applying into clinical treatment.
