Objective Given a 12- week(perweek) nutrition and health education type 2 diabetes who are given oral hypoglycemic drugs and blood glucose were in stable at lest one month.meals for their individual guidance;analysis of dietary patterns in different age groups,blood glucose and lipid changes in diabetic patients,to provide the scientific theoretical basis for dietary guidance.Methods In October 2008 to December,we selected oral hypoglycemic drugs in the original stable dose for 50 patients of age of 40~67 with type 2 diabetes;in the maintenance of the original dose of hypoglycem ic drugs based on a 12-week(1 times / week) group health education and nutritional meals for individual guidance,respectively,0 week,6 week and 12 week using 3-day record of 24-hour dietary recall method to investigate the use of SY dietary nutritional calculation software.At the same time in 0 week,6 week,12 week of testing blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,lipids,body weight measurements to calculate body mass index;to all the objects were divided into A (40-year-old~),B(50-year-old~),C(60-year-old~),3 groups to compare the total energy in each age group,the three major nutrients for the production capacity and its blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid changes.Results1.20 cases in the study were 26 male,24 female;with an average age of 55.12±6.62 years old,mean fasting glucose 8.47±1.29mmol / L; BMI mean 24.78±2.98 kg/m2.0 weeks in each age group when the total energy intake per capita is higher than theoretical calculations of both intake and 40-year-old-group intake of total energy intake and calculated the difference between the highest(P<0.05).Protein for each age group is about 18%~20%;carbohydrates for both groups is less than 50%, 40-year-old group is less than 60-year-old~group(P<0.05);fat is higher than 30%increase and fat intake declines with aging(P<0.05).All age groups in both dietary fiber intake are below the recommended intake of diabetes.40-year-old~,50-year-old~,60-year-old~Group of cholesterol intake were 361.3±67.5g,378.8±86.0g,353.4±78.9g, diabetes is higher than the recommended intake;animal protein ratio of the total protein intake is respectively 47.5%,51.1%,52.2%;3 groups for the three meals a day ratio were 18:42:40;19:39:42;19:39:42.2.Dietary changes in the structure:40-year-old~,50~,60~Group of cereal nutrition and health education from the pre-30.09%±3.74%, 31.19%±2.69%,29.95%±1.56%to 34.56%±4.28%,35.81%±2.85%, 36.45%±2.65%;meat intake of total food intake by the percentage of health education prior to 26.75%±1.54%,27.27%±1.01%,24.08%±1.23%to 14.83%±2.01%,15.13%±1.32%,14.73%±1.84%,total vegetable intake the percentage of food intake,nutrition and health education from the pre-32.57%±2.67%,33.97%±2.47%,34.35%±2.01%to 38.91%±2.47%,40.61%±2.30%,39.29%±4.50%;fruit intake of total food intake by the percentage of health education before the 1.72%±0.57%,1.87%±0.84%,2.83%±0.74%to 5.20%±0.84%, 4.70%±0.63%,.15%±0.78%.Nutrition and health education with the passage of time,the age group of cereals,vegetables,fruits,food intake of total volume increase in the percentage(P<0.05);meat intake of total food intake to reduce the percentage(P<0.05).Nutrition and health education over time in each age group decreased total energy intake(P<0.05),12 weeks compared with the theoretical values is no difference. Nutrition and health education with the passage of time the protein and fat for diabetes than in both the scope of the recommended values. 40-year-old~,50~,60-year-old-group 6 weeks for each group of carbohydrates than 59%,58%,61%;12 weeks were 60%,59%,60%. Nutrition and health education with the passage of time in each age group increased intake of dietary fiber,reducing cholesterol intake(P<0.05). Nutrition and health education with the passage of time,in addition to 3~60-year-old group,the other two groups of animal protein intake of the total decline in the proportion of protein;animal fat intake of total fat intake reduced the proportion(P<0.05).3.Maintenance therapy in the drug on the basis of health education with all age groups over time,fasting blood glucose,post-breakfast blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin decreased(P<0.05) Standard rate of fasting blood glucose increased from 0%to 72%,the percentage of control can be from 0%to 24%;target rate of blood glucose after breakfast from 0%to 46%;can control the percentage of the population from 0%increased to 48%;glycosylated hemoglobin target rate from 0% to 56%,the percentage of control can be increased from 6%to 42%.With the progression of nutrition and health education with all age groups, fasting blood glucose,blood glucose after meals,glycosylated hemoglobin decreased(P<0.05)(P<0.05);12 weeks to achieve the target satisfaction level of diabetes control,40-year-old group with low total cholesterol values in the other two groups,both showed a decrease of triglycerides(P<0.05).Among dyslipidemia,total cholesterol at 12 weeks standard rate of 62.5 percent,the percentage of control can be 31.2%;triglyceride standard rate of 65.62%,the percentage of control can be 18.75%;low-density lipoprotein cholesterol standard rate of 50%,the percentage of control can be 38.89%;high-density lipoprotein cholesterol target rate of 83.33 percent,the percentage of control can be 5.55%.Conclusion1.Before nutrition and health education,the percent of fat in total food intake in over 60-years-old groups was the lowest。the intake of total energy were high than theoretical calculations in all groups,.in all groups,intake of carbohydrate and dietary fiber were low,fat and cholesterol intake were high.In the group of over 40-year-old,the difference between practical and theoretical intake of total energy is most apparent,the percent of carbohydrates is most the lowest,which indicate we should interference this group.2.After nutrition and health education in all groups,the intake of percentage of intake of vegetables,cereals,fruits are increased,the intake of fat and meat were decreased,protein,fat for than rationalize increase dietary fiber,reduce ch olestero intake.3.Hypoglycemic drug maintenance treatment based on nutrition and health education,the age group fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin than those before the decline in serum total cholesterol,LDL-C,decreased triglycerides,HDL-C rise.
