Objective:Through the establishment of animal of lung cancer with pleural effusion,the application of the model of lung cancer on the xie shi lung cancer NO.2 of the treatment intervention,by observing the different treatment groups of the amount of pleural effusion, bFGF and VEGF for xie shi lung cancer NO.2 group to the clinical application providing a theoretical basis for better.Methods:We set up MPE mice model with LLC cells, and divided 40 mice into four groups at random:model group, xie shi lung cancer NO.2 group, fu zheng ruan jian group, DDP group,so each group had 10 mice.Then we measured pleural effusion and detected content of bFGF and VEGF in blood serum by Elisa.Results:1.Pleural effusion of different groups of mice have statistically significant difference (F=7.09, P<0.001). That the four groups of mice missing the same content in pleural effusion; Further use of LSD pairwise comparison methods to compare the results show that, in addition to fu zheng ruan jian group and DDP group no significant differences other than (P> 0.05), there were differences among the groups (P<0.05).2. Xie shi lung cancer NO.2 group, fu zheng ruan jian group, DDP group serum bFGF were significantly lower than the model group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); Xie shi lung cancer NO.2 group serum bFGF levels lower than the fu zheng ruan jian group group and DDP group group, with statistically significant differences.3. Xie shi lung cancer NO.2 group, fu zheng ruan jian group and DDP group serum VEGF were significantly lower than the model group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); Xie shi lung cancer NO.2 group serum VEGF levels lower than the fu zheng ruan jian group and DDP group, with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Regulating the expression of bFGF and VEGF and inhibiting of tumor invasion and angiogenesis may be one of molecular mechanism of anti-tumor of Xie shi lung cancer NO.2. Xie shi lung cancer NO.2 in mice inhibited tumor and reduced the amount of pleural effusion has a significant role.
