Objective:CT-26 colon cancer in mice for the object to compare NaCl,Capecitabine Tablets and Pinellia ternate polysaccharide United Capecitabine Tablets on the Inhibition of subcutaneous tumor of the mice CT-26 and the impact and the expression of the CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,MHC-â… ,MHC-â…¡.Methods:1. We gained Pinellia ternate polysaccharide from the Pinellia ternate by hot water extracting and ethanol precipitation method.2.After the CT-26 implantation model had been constructed,32 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, NS group, low-dose Pinellia ternate polysaccharide group, middle-dose Pinellia ternate polysaccharide group and high-dose Pinellia ternate polysaccharide group. On 2th week, the tumors in each group were weighted to determine minimize effective does of Pinellia ternate polysaccharide.3.After the CT-26 implantation model had been constructed,24 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, NS group, Capecitabine Tablets group, Pinellia ternate polysaccharide United Capecitabine Tablets group. On 2th week, peripheral blood of 22 BALB/C mice were collected and the tumors in each group were weighted.4.Testing the expression of CD4,CD8,MHC-â… ,MHC-â…¡with Flow Cytometic instrument.Result:1. We gained the uniform and stable Pinellia ternate polysaccharide.2. We built a subcutaneous implantation model of CT-26 colon cancer in BALB/C mice successfully.3. According to the dose-response relationship, we found that the minimize effective does of Pinellia ternate polysaccharide is 200mg/kg per day.4. The tumor inhibition rate were 91.1% in Pinellia ternate polysaccharide United Capecitabine Tablets group,86.0% in Capecitabine Tablets group, the change was significantly (P<0.05).5. The testing of CD4% in Capecitabine Tablets group and Pinellia ternate polysaccharide United Capecitabine Tablets group compared with the outcome of NS group, the change was significantly (P<0.05).6. The outcome of CD4/CD8 in Pinellia ternate polysaccharide United Capecitabine Tablets group compared with the Capecitabine Tablets group and NS group, the change was significantly (P<0.05).7. The expression of MHC-â…¡in Pinellia ternate polysaccharide United Capecitabine Tablets group compared with the Capecitabine Tablets group and NS group, the change was significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pinellia ternate polysaccharide United Capecitabine Tablets can promote the expression of CD4/CD8 and MHC-â…¡. This result can explain the high tumor inhibition rate.
