| Background:Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) is a kind of complex disease, its pathology has not been revealed completely so far. Both individual susceptibility and environmental factor are responsible for COPD.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the'polymorphism of fifteen STR loci including D8S1179,D21S11,D7S820,CSF1PO D3S1358,D5S818,D13S317,D16S539,D2S1338,D19S433,VWA,D12S391,D18S51,D6S1043 and FGA are linked to a genetic susceptibility to COPD. Meanwhile the immunological indices including hsCRP.IgG.IgA.IgM and the biochemical indices of BS.ALB. Cr.TG..HDL-C.LDL-C as well as the regular blood indices including WBC. NEUT#. LYMPH#.RBC.HGB.PLT are tested to discuss the association with COPD.Method:These researches were performed in 32 patients with COPD and 100 healthy subjects for STR control group and 30 healthy subjects for experimental tests indices control group at the Hospital affiliated to ChiFeng University. The test of hsCRP.IgG..IgA.IgM was performed by Full Automatic Special Analyzer. The test of BS. ALB.Cr.TG..HDL-C.LDL-C was performed by Hitachi 7180 Full Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. The test of WBC. NEUT#. LYMPH#. RBC.HGB.PLT was performed by Full Automatic Blood AnalyzerResult:1.The examination results of STR:Frequency data of D7S820-9 in COPD group (f=12.5%) was higher than that in control group (f=5.0%)(P=0.038). Frequency of D3S1358-18 in COPD group (f=9.4%) was higher than that in control group (f=3.0%)(P=0.033).Frequency of D6S1043-17 in COPD group (f=9.4%) was higher than that in control group (f=2.0%)(P=0.007). Frequency data of D18S51-19 in COPD group (f=9.4%) was higher than that in control group (f=2.0%)(P=0.007).There were no significant statistic differences of the remaining alleles between the groups (P>0.05)2.The level of hsCRP in COPD group was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was significant statistic difference (P<0.05), The level of IgG in COPD group was significantly lower than that in the control group, there was significant statistic difference (P<0.05).The COPD group compared with the control group, the level of IgA was decreased and the level of IgM was increased, but no obvious effect (P>0.05)3. The levels of ALB and Cr in COPD group were significantly lower than that in the control group, there was significant statistic difference (P<0.05).There were no significant statistic difference of BS.TG.HDL-C.LDL-C between the groups (P>0.05).4. The levels of WBC and NEUT# in COPD group were significantly higher than those in the control group, there were significant statistic difference (P<0.05), The level of LYMPH# in COPD group was significantly lower than that in the control group, there was significant statistic difference (P<0.05).There were no significant statistic difference of RBC.HGB.PLT between the groups (P>0.05).5.Some laboratory indices are significantly association with some alleles, there were significant statistic difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. D7S820-9. D3S1358-18. D6S1043-17. D18S51-19 alleles are significantly association with the predisposing of COPD. This indicates that there may be sensitive gene around the four loci.2. There are variations of liver function, kidney function, regular blood and immune function to different extent.3. Some tests indices are significantly association with some gene alleles, This indicates that there may be individual specificity and association with heredity. |
