Clinical Research Of Xian He Geng Nian Particles To Cure Shen Yang Xu Menopausal Syndrome

Objective: Observe the curative effect of Xian He Geng Nian granules in the treatment of Shen Yang Xu menopause syndrome and treatment of menopausal syndrome before and after the change of hormone levels, And the results were statistically analyzed, provide objective basis for its clinical application.Methods: According to the principles of clinical randomized?double-blind and controlled,selected in line with the western medicine diagnostic criteria and Shen Yang Xu menopause syndrome 60 cases of patients. using random method, 60 cases of menopausal syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group,each 30 cases, requiring continuous medication for four weeks,.Through Kuperman score and Shen Yang Xu symptoms score to observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment of the disease symptom, syndrome and symptom scores, as curative effect evaluation index. Study on Xian He Geng Nian granules in the treatment of Shen Yang Xu menopause syndrome clinical efficacy?improvement of symptoms and effect on the serum levels of estradiol E2?FSH?LH.Results:1. The clinical effect: Through Kuperman score,the total effectiveness of XianHe Geng Nian granules group was 90.00% while it was 80.00% in You Gui Yingranules group. The effect of the Xian He Geng Nian granules group was better thanthe You Gui Yin granules group, there were significant differences(P<0.05).2. The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect: Through Shen Yang Xu symptoms score, the total effectiveness of Xian He Geng Nian granules group was 93.33%, while it was 83.33% in You Gui Yin granules group. there were significant differences(P<0.05).
