Objective: To study the effects of camel milk on blood glucose,blood lipids and inflammatory cytokines in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: Forty-eight patients with type2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 18,2017 were selected as subjects.According to the patient's age,gender,daily exercise intensity,body mass index and usual living habits,a reasonable diet plan was prepared for each subject,and the original treatment plan(ie diet control+ moderate exercise + hypoglycemic drugs)was used to treat 3 On the basis of the original treatment plan,20 g of the test sample was taken according to the recommended method twice a day for 3 months,and a total of 6 months before and a-fter treatment.Patients were observed for improvement in symptoms before and after combination therapy.At the same time,fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2-hour blood glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein were compared between patients with hypoglycemic agents and camel milk.Changes in(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),Creactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-?).Results: The typical symptoms of diabetes in patients with hypoglycemic drugs combined with camel milk treatment have been improved;fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglycerides,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor and other indicators are lower than before combined t-herapy The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effects of blood glucose,blood pressure,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,and low-density l-ipoprotein were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: Hypoglycemic drugs pluscamel milk for the treatment of type 2 diabetes can improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglycerides and inflammatory cytokines,and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.And no obvious adverse reactions.
