KB agar diffusion method using filter paper has an antibacterial effect of Chinese medicine granulesCompared with the serial dilution method in clinical strains of traditional Chinese medicine granules and inhibition of the differences between standard strainComparison of water decoction and antibacterial effects of differences in granuleFurther studies using in vivo antibacterial tests of the antibacterial effect of Chinese medicine granulesThis study selected 16 kinds of Chinese medicine granules, the use of KB disc agar diffusion method, Granules of these herbs of traditional Chinese medicine granules of these resistant Staphylococcus aureus, resistance to Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii antimicrobial effect. Select the inhibitory effect of a good skullcap, forsythia, mint 3 granules, By serial dilution method resistant clinical strains of Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains with the standard minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) compared. At the same time, select the forsythia, dandelion, skullcap, peppermint,Sophora 5 decoction of Chinese medicine, by KB disc agar diffusion method, compared with the water decoction of antibacterial granules performance difference. Granules through the skullcap antibacterial test in mice, further study of the antibacterial effect of Chinese medicine granules, to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment. 1, KB disc agar diffusion method used to determine skullcap, dandelion, mint,Andrographis,Forsythia, flavescens, rhubarb,Morus alba,to Dchrysanthemum, soil Fuling,Folium,Anemarrhena,Radix,Lonicera japonica on clinical sputum specimens isolated resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA),resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii antimicrobial effect.2, Select the skullcap, forsythia, mint 3 granules, determined by serial dilution of resistant clinical strains of Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and standard strains minimum inhibitory concentration determination (MIC).3, Take the same concentration of forsythia, dandelion, skullcap, peppermint, matrine and five kinds of Chinese medicine decoction by KB disc agar diffusion method, determination of resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii antimicrobial effect.4, Through the sterile saline group, vancomycin group, high and low doses of baicalin group of mice in vivo against Staphylococcus aureus resistant test, calculate the time each group of mice mortality and the dead time.(一) 16 kinds of Chinese medicine granules against 5 clinical isolates have different levels of inhibitory effect:1 Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA): Highly sensitive granules are:forsythia, baicalin, rhubarb, mint Moderately sensitive granules are:CSC,dandelion,Patrinia,Sophora Low-sensitive granules are:Morus alba No inhibitory effect of granules are:Radix,Lonicera japonica,to the small, chrysanthemum, soil Fuling, Daqingye,Anemarrhena2 Resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa: Low-sensitive granules are:forsythia, skullcap, peppermint No inhibitory effect of granules are:Radix, honeysuckle,Andrographis, dandelion, rhubarb,to D, Morus alba,Patrinia, chrysanthemum, soil Fuling, Sophora,Daqingye,Anemarrhena3 E. coli: Low-sensitive granules are:Scutellaria No inhibitory effect of granules are:Radix, honeysuckle,Andrographis, forsythia, dandelion, rhubarb,to D, Morus alba, mint,Patrinia, chrysanthemum, soil Fuling,Sophora,Daqingye, knowledge mother4 Klebsiella pneumoniae: Low-sensitive granules are:baicalin, rhubarb No inhibitory effect of granules are:Radix, honeysuckle,Andrographis, forsythia, dandelions, ground Ding,Morus alba, mint,Patrinia, chrysanthemum, soil Fuling,Sophora,Daqingye,Anemarrhena5 Acinetobacter baumannii: Low-sensitive granules are:forsythia, baicalin, rhubarb, mint No inhibitory effect of granules are:Radix, honeysuckle,Andrographis, dandelion,to the small, Morus alba,Patrinia, chrysanthemum, soil Fuling,Sophora,,Daqingye,Anemarrhena(二) Scutellaria, Forsythia, mint three kinds of granules resistant Staphylococcus aureus clinical strains and standard strains of the minimum inhibitory concentration is as follows:1 Scutellaria, Forsythia standard strains of Staphylococcus aureus is highly sensitive; mint standard strains of Staphylococcus aureus moderately sensitive。2 Skullcap, peppermint, forsythia resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are moderately sensitive(三) By KB method, the same concentrations of forsythia, dandelion, skullcap, peppermint, matrine and 5 with the decoction of Chinese medicine granules for 5 clinical isolates in vitro antibacterial activity of comparison:1. For resistant Staphylococcus aureus, skullcap, peppermint antibacterial activity of the two formulations did not differ significantly (p>0.05); forsythia, dandelions, Sophora antibacterial agent particles stronger than the decoction (p<0.05)2. For drug resistance of P. aeruginosa, the two formulations of Scutellaria no significant difference in inhibitory effect (p>0.05); forsythia, mint has only inhibitory effects of granule; dandelion, Sophora two formulations were not inhibitory effect.3. For E. coli, only the granules of Scutellaria has antibacterial effects.4. For Klebsiella pneumoniae, skullcap of water decoction and granule no significant difference in inhibitory effect (p>0.05).5. For Acinetobacter baumannii, the water decoction of Scutellaria antibacterial activity than granules no significant difference (p>0.05); forsythia, mint has only inhibitory effects of granule; flavescens and two formulations were not inhibitory dandelion effect.(四) Antibacterial test in mice, compared with the saline group, baicalin high dose group and low dose group had a lower mortality rate in mice, was not statistically significant (p>0.05), relatively small sample size may be related with the animal. The time of death for the mice, vancomycin group and the skullcap was prolonged high dose group, was statistically significant (p <0.05).This study suggests 16 kinds of Chinese herbal granules were tested bacteria in vitro experiments with different degrees of inhibition. Among them, baicalin, forsythia, mint resistant Staphylococcus aureus on the minimum inhibitory concentration were moderately sensitive, can be used clinically. The same concentration of forsythia, dandelion, skullcap, peppermint, matrine and 5 with the decoction of Chinese medicine granules, granules inhibitory effect is obvious. Antibacterial test by mice, skullcap and low dose high dose group had a lower mortality rate in mice, and the time of death for the mice, vancomycin group and the skullcap was prolonged high-dose group.
