The Treatment Of Wei Fu Chun And Its Influence To The Expressions Of C-erbB-2 Gene,Rb Gene In Gastric Precancerous Lesions

Object: Observation the efficacy of Wei Fu Chun to gastric precancerous lesions and the changes in the expression of original cancer gene C-erbB-2 and tumor-suppressor gene Rb in the influence of Wei Fu Chun, discuss the possible mechanism of Wei Fu Chun to gastric precancerous lesions, and provide the theoretic basis and effective treatment methods for gastric cancer prevention, early detection and early treatment, and guide better clinical treatment.Methods: Obtain pathological specimens by gastroscope, and test the expression of original cancer gene C-erbB-2 and tumor-suppressor gene Rb in those cases including mild and moderate and severe dysplasia(DYS) and intestinal metaplasia (IM) by Immunohistochemical S-P method, then divide the 96 cases of gastric precancerous lesions into treatment group (47 cases) and contrast group (49 cases) according to visit sequence randomly. The treatment group were taken Wei Fu Chun, omeprazole and sucralfate; and the control group were taken omeprazole and sucralfate. After 3 months treatment,have again gastroscope inspection, and do pathological assessment of the cases, and record again the corresponding expression data of C-erbB-2 gene and Rb gene in these previous specimens, then do comparison between before and after.Results: After the treatment of Wei Fu Chun, the DYS and IM in gastric precancerous lesions had been improved significantly (the treatment efficiency of pathology in the treatment and control groups were 66.0% and 40.8%, and the statistics comparison between the two groups show P<0.05, those illuminated that Wei Fu Chun should be effective to gastric precancerous lesion); the expression of original cancer gene C-erbB-2 in the treatment group decreased compared with the control group( the statistics comparisons in before and after treatment to the treatment group, as well as the comparisons between the treatment and control groups after intervener are all significant: P <0.05, those illuminated that Wei Fu Chun should be more effective to the expression of C-erbB-2 than the control medicines; the expression of original cancer gene Rb in the treatment group increased compared with the control group( the statistics comparisons in before and after treatment to the treatment group, as well as the comparisons between the treatment and control groups after intervener are all significant: P <0.05, those illuminated that Wei Fu Chun should be more effective to the expression of Rb than the control medicines. Go a step further, in the statistical analysis to different intensity of gene expression, we find that the changes of genetic gradient in the treatment and control groups are statistical differences(P <0.05), and the trend of its change after treatment and the pathological efficiency of Wei Fu Chun are relevant, and with the improvement of precancerous lesions, C-erbB-2 gene was a declining trend, Rb gene is on the rise.Conclusions: Wei Fu Chun was effective to gastric precancerous lesion, and reduced the expression of C-erbB-2 and enhanced the expression of Rb in gastric precancerous lesion. Those clued that one of the effect mechanisms about Wei Fu Chun to gastric precancerous lesions may be decreasing the expression of C-erbB-2 and increasing the expression of Rb.In the same time, The monitoring of relevant indicators show that the treatment of Wei Fu Chun to gastric precancerous lesion was feasible and safe.
