Most of CAGs were accompanied with eficiency of spleen-QI and stagnation of pathologic products in vessels, thus method of Invigorate the Spleen and method of Promoting Blood Flow is the common Chinese medicine clinical treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).And vessel neogenesis was a crucial facter affects CAG prognosis. This research studied the influences of the two methods on CAG by analyzing the new-born vessels. In the meantime, we observed the effects of the two methods (method of Invigorate the Spleen and method of Promoting Blood Flow )on vessels'new-born through the analysis of mulriple factors .Our target is to disclose the mechanism of the two methods perform their function of affect the new-borning of vessels,then demonstrate the two methods function of reversing precancerous changes of gastric cancer. Finally, we expect that we could explain the application of the two clinical therapy methods in CAG with creditable, empirical and theoretical prooves.Methods61 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis(all the cases have been verifed by pathology) were divided randomly into 2 groups,each group is evaluated by clinical symptom quantization form of traditional Chinese medicine,then named respectively as Invigorate the Spleen (30 cases) and Promoting Blood Flow group(31 cases),Invigorate the Spleen group were treated by sijunzi recipe,Promoting Blood Flow group were treated by denshen recipe and shixiao recipe.
