Clinical Research Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Miferpristone In Treating Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy(EP), and to analyze the effects and interrelated factors of Chinese medicinal herbs combined with mifepristone on treating EP.Methods:An analysis was performed according to clinical data from 45 EP cases treated by drug conservative therapy in the Chinese Medicine hospital of Jiangsu province from Sep 1, 2008 to Feb 28,2010.Results:The ratio of induced abortion is 71.11%;The success rate of drug conservative therapy is 80%; There are obvious difference between prior treatment and post treatment in the level of serumβ-HCG (P< 0.01),while no difference in the size of masses (P>0.05);no obvious differences were observed between success group and failure group in the age, the times of pregnancy and abortions, vaginal bleeding, the fluidity of pelvic cavity, pelvic inflammatory disease(P>0.05),while obvious differences in the level of serumβ-HCG,size of masses, descent ofβ-HCG. on the 4th day (P<0.05)Conclusion:Induced abortion is the chief dangerous factor; The drug conservative therapy is an effective recipe in treating EP, especially in descent of serumβ-HCG.β-HCG< 2000 mIu/ml, size of mass≤4cm,descent ofβ-HCG. on the 4th day were favourable factors of therapy success. There is no contact with age,the times of pregnancy and abortions,vaginal bleeding,the fluidity of pelvic cavity and pelvic inflammatory disease in therapy effect.
