Clinical Research On The Therapy Of Shugan Hewei Decoction Joint Deanxit To MPFD (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Object:Through the clinical trial research, to study the efficacy and safety of the therapy of Shugan Hewei Decoction joint deanxit to menopausal patients with functional dyspepsia (MPFD) (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome). In addition to investigate the possible mechanism of it. In order to provide the basis of clinical evidence for MPFD in traditional and western medical.Method:To choose 120 cases according with the test criteria, being divided into 60 cases of experimental group and 60 cases of control group by random. Experimental group was treated with the therapy of Shugan Hewei Decoction joint deanxit, meantime, control group with itopride joint deanxit, both for 8 weeks. With threatening pain in the hypochondrium and epigastria region, appetite decreased, abdominal distention after eating, reuctation and pantothenic acid, irritability and total scores of symptoms being main clinical standards, followed, mental fatigue, limb weakness, insomnia and dreaminess, dizziness tinnitus, as minor standards. Both groups make general medical examination before and after the project, such as blood,urine and stool tests, including the function tests of heart,liver and kidney.Results:1. After the treatment, both of the total symptoms scores of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05) from the before; but the experimental group improve the level of TCM symptoms significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).2. The experimental group, there is markedly effective in 38 cases, with effective in 19 cases and ineffective in 3 cases, the total efficiency of 95%. The control group, there is markedly effective in 30 cases, effective in 23 cases and ineffective in 7 cases, total effective rate was 88.3%. The Experimental group's markedly effective rate and total effective rate were higher significantly(all P<0.05).In the experimental group, the symptoms of threatening pain in the hypochondrium and epigastric region, appetite decreased, abdominal distention after eating, reuctation and pantothenic acid, tidal fever and sweating, insomnia and dreaminess, etc,were improved better than the control group(P<0.05); they were similar in improve the symptoms of limb weakness, etc (P>0.05).3. Each of the experimental and control group, there were adversed in 5 cases and 7 cases; they were improved before treatment. Two groups have unsignificant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Hewei Decoction joint deanxit can more significantly improve general efficacy and symptoms in patients with MPFD(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome) than itopride joint deanxit. Moreover, they had a good safety. Which was possibly through regulating the nervous and endocrine's function, coordinating the systolic and diastolic function of gastrointestinal and enhanching immunity to achieve the goal.
