Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Nonalcohol Ic Fatty Liver Disease With Shugan Hewei Huazhuo Method

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Hewei Huazhuo method in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and syndrome differentiation of liver-stomach disharmony and turbidity cohesion,and to carry out safety evaluation,aiming at providing Chinese medicine for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease The clinical basis lays a foundation for the development of proprietary Chinese medicines for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.MethodsSixty patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.On the basis of lifestyle intervention,the treatment group received oral administration of Chinese medicine Shugan Hewei Huazhuo,one dose per day,200ml every time,after breakfast and dinner;the control group received oral polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules on the basis of lifestyle intervention,3 times a day,456mg each time.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The BMI,liver function(ALT,AST,GGT),blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),Fibro scan CAP value and TCM syndrome scores were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results?Statistical analysis and comparison of age,sex,and pre-treatment efficacy indicators(BMI,ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,CAP values,and TCM syndrome scores).There was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the general data of the two groups were similar and comparable.?TCM syndrome scores:There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<O.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group,indicating that it was taken.The two groups can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but the effect of taking Shugan Hewei Huazhuo method is more prominent.?BMI index and CAP value:There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group,indicating two types.The treatment method is effective for regulating BMI index and improving CAP quantification in Fibro scan,but the effect of taking Chinese medicine Shugan Hewei Huazhuo is more prominent.? Liver function:There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).It is indicated that taking polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules and Shugan Hewei Huazhuo method can improve liver serum enzymology in patients.? Blood lipids:There was significant difference in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01);there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in TC and TG between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).There was significant difference between HDL-C and LDL-C before and after treatment(P<0.01).It is indicated that the administration of polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules is not effective for TC and TG,while Shugan Hewei Huazhuo method cansignificantly improve the levels of blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C).?Overall efficacy:11 cases were cured in the treatment group,14 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,4 cases wereineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67.%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that Shugan Hewei Huazhuo method are more effective for NAFLD.ConclusionShugan Hewei Huazhuo method have a good therapeutic effect on patients with liver and stomach disharmony and turbidity cohesion type NAFLD.This method can not only improve the main clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve the main clinical condition of patients.Symptoms and CAP quantitative grading also have a good regulation of the patient' s BMI index,liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)and blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C).At the same time,no adverse events and adverse reactions were found in the patients during the study,and the safety was confirmed.
