Objective:To approach the curative effect and correlation factor of treating white lesions of vulva by combined medicine and ultrasound.Method:To study 300 patients of white lesions of vulva, which were divided in three groups randomly: (1) combined medicine and ultrasound group(combination group): To formulate various drugs for vulva local subcutaneous injection, once every five days, all for three times, after resting 7-15 days, reapply focus ultrasound. (2) Combined medicine group: simply formulated various drugs for vulva local subcutaneous injection, once every five days, all for ten times as one course of treatment. (3) Ultrasound group: To simply treat lesion of vulva by focus ultrasound. Following up for 12 months, the curative effect of different time, different pathologic type and different therapy were compared. To analyses the correlation factor that influence the curative effect, and the curative effect that add course of treatment.Results:(1) Total effective rate of patients of white lesions of vulva in different time: after treating 3 months, 6 months, 12 months were 97.33%, 96.00%, 72.70%. (2) The effective rate of patients of white lesions of vulva in different method: combination group was 85.71%, higher than medicine group (68.04%) and ultrasound group (64.28%). (P<0.01) (3) Effective rate of different pathological type patients in combined method: LS was (75.00%) higher than SH (52.94%). (P<0.05) (4) Analysis the correlation factor that effect curative effect: age and course of disease were correlated with the curative effect. (5)The recurrence rate that add course of treatment was (6.45%) lower than that not add treatment (26%). (P<0.05) Conclusion:(1) The curative effect of treating white lesions of vulva by combined medicine and ultrasound surpassed that by simple medicine or ultrasound. (2) Combined medicine and ultrasound for these two pathological type patients all has higher curative effect, the better effect for LS. (3) Adding course of treatment probably raises the curative effect, and decreases the recurrence rate.
