Peer relationship occupied a very important position in life for junior high school students, it is an important form of their interpersonal relationship. Peer relationship have adult cannot replace function in the development of children and teenagers, good peer relationship is benefit for junior high school students get social values, social ability training, academic successfully completed and the healthy development of the cognitive and personality. And bad peer relationship will result in the junior high school maladjustment, even affects their adult social adjustment. Therefore, it is necessary to intervene in bad peer relationship.The research of peer relationship started late in china, have made some achievements. The studies focus on the function and the influence factors of peer relationship, the development and type of peer relationship and the related factors of peer relationship. Most counseling for bad peer relations start from individual, some researchers made experimental study of peer relationship intervention using group counseling and system type family therapy, results prove group counseling can improve peer relationship, but this kind of research is less.This study use grade seven and eight of junior high school students as participants, In people - scene overall interaction theory guidance, using group counseling and individual counseling for bad peer relationship intervention. Including: Firstly, individual counseling, understanding of the bad peer relationship performance and analysis, and from cognitive and social skills training to intervene; Secondly, group counseling for class, helping students learn interpersonal communication, prompting contacts motivation, expanding the scope of association, properly handle the conflicts with other students, blend in the class. Intervention process is presented using case analysis, intervention effects'inspection use self assessment and others assessment.Research shows that: Using individual counseling and class group counseling, under the individual the interaction with the class, the students'peer relationship develop towards good direction and promote the class interpersonal atmosphere, and it have strong feasibility in the process of mental health education in schools.
