Rapid development of Internet has had a huge impact on the traditional movie and TV production and distribution mode, which gives rise to new movie and TV art form. Especially in recent years, 3G mobile communication technology, the wireless broadband technology, network broadband technology technological upgraded, and as a representative of the new arts category, movie and TV in the network has occurred. The emergence of network movie and TV not only injected to this industry new development and changed the surface and the connotation, but also played significant influence in the traditional audiences'behavior and mentality. Therefore, under this background to analysis of the network movie and TV audiences'thinking and aesthetic, not only helping people to have a more profound understanding of movie and TV art in the cyber communications technology and media which have shown new artistic effect and art style, but also providing some valuable achievements for the movie and TV industry future diversification development. At the same time, for improving the permanency subject of research in'media and people','technology and art', and having for the new media, the new technology and the relationship between the audiences, a totally new rational thinking should be done.From the perspective of the Media Communication, The Audience Psychology and The Design of Art, this paper inspects the network movie and TV audiences'behavior characteristic, the way of thinking and aesthetic psychology. First, audiences'new watch behavior and mode, which focuses on discussing the change and influence of audiences'ways of life. Second, thinking shaping and aesthetic psychological evolution for the network movie and TV audiences. A new mode of thinking and aesthetic psychology in network view mode, which is presented by the subdivided network movie and TV audiences, has been analyzed carefully. Third, the aesthetic psychology based on network movie and TV audiences'way of thinking. Relevant resolution has been proposed about exploring the future network movie and TV art creation, network movie and TV industry development form.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction of research background, related academic achievement researches, quoting relevant theoretical basis, proposing the research question, summing up research methods, innovation and discipline. In the second chapter, network movie and TV, a new movie and TV art form, has been introduced. Also this chapter mainly analyzes network virtual media in art communication, the survival style and characteristic of movie and TV in the network and their cultural value. The third chapter, by Subdividing and thoroughly researching the audiences, summarizes essence thinking and aesthetic psychological characteristics of the network movie and TV. The fourth chapter not only states the existing problems about network movie and TV, but puts forward some suggestions and looks forward to the future network movie and TV development.
