With the gradual deepening of vocabulary research and the increasing emphasis on vocabulary application research,researching of the New Words Teaching for TCSL has also become a hot topic.In this situation, We chose the topic in Researching of the New Words Teaching for TCSL Based on the Information Base, analyzed the general character and individual character of the new words based on the Information Base, and put forward related teaching suggestions. At the same time, under the guidance of the theoretical analysis,we made an empirical research for the necessity and feasibility of the new words teaching for TCSL, we hoped that it can be helpful to the new words teaching practice for TCSL. Based on absorbing the achievements of predecessors, the paper built a small and medium New Words Teaching Information Bank for TCSL firstly, and described 12 aspects attributes. Therefore the research obtained the closed domain. On the basis of the Information Bank, We used the research methods of combining with macroscopic and microscopic, qualitative and quantitative, universality and individuality, and have done the following two works. Firstly, we counted and analyzed the language information, such as: pronunciation, syntax, semanteme, pragmatics, and non-verbal information, as society and culture, psychology and awareness based on the Information Bank. By these means, we put forward some suggestions on how to teach new words on TCSL. Secondly, we counted and analyzed the lexical characteristics, such as: novelty,applicability,univocity and so on, and lexical types in new words based on the Information Bank. By these means, we put forward some suggestions on how to teach new words on TCSL.The above studies built on ontology analysis level largely, with the idea of combining with the theoretical and empirical of research, We made a basic vocabulary learning and new words learning questionnaire for the senior Chinese level of the south Korean students. The investigation found that students have great enthusiasm on new words learning and on understanding contemporary Chinese society, although they have different Chinese level and diverse learning purposes. As the important media of realizing the latest changes of China social life and language life, Newspaper reading lesson has not been able to meet the above demands better. It is necessary for us to adjust the teaching syllabus and teaching contents positively and effectively. Then we selected 48 words and made an experiment in three steps to test the feasibility of new words teaching. The experimental results showed that student's understanding of Chinese words is the result of many factors interaction. The understanding of original words and new words has no essential difference, and even has some similarity. For these reasons, new words teaching for TCSL can draw lessons from original words teaching's methods and experience. Only in this way, it can make new words teaching more convenient and feasible.
