In recent years, the problem of college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship has been caused concern and attention by all circles. The poor dormitory interpersonal relationship not only affects the normal life and learning of students, but it is also the direct factor which leads to the maladjustment of school. Therefore, in-depth study the structure and characteristics of college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship and the relationship with ego-identity have huge theoretical and practical significance of formatting a sound personality and mental health for college students.We collect the questionnaire items by self-disclosure scale on the basis of the extensive literature and updated findings. This study using the method of exploratory and confirmatory analysis, explores the structure of the college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship. Furthermore, the college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship and the connection with ego-identity are explored in this study. The results showed that:1. The self-designed questionnaire of college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship was of high reliability and validity. It could be used as an evaluative implement on college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship. Five dimensions were identified in college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship:group cognition, linguistic communication, disruptive behavior, sharing behavior, personal characteristics.2. Form the general level of college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship, there has a significant grade difference as follows:there has a significant grade difference in arts students; there has a significant subject difference in the freshman. In the dimension of linguistic communication, there has a significant grade difference in science students; there has a significant subject difference in the freshman. In the dimension of disruptive behavior, there has a significant subject difference in female students; there has a significant between male and female in the arts students. In the dimension of sharing behavior, there has a significant grade difference in the freshman; there has a significant grade difference in male students; there has a significant difference between male and female in the freshman. In the dimension of personal characteristics, there has a significant grade difference in the freshman; there has a significant grade difference in arts students,male and female students; there also has a significant between male and female in the seniors. Except the dimension of sharing behavior, there has a significant between male and female in the five dimensions and total which form the questionnaire of college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship. There also has a significant grade difference in the in the five dimensions and total which form the questionnaire of college students'dormitory interpersonal relationship.3. There is a significant correlation between ego-identity and dormitory interpersonal relationship. The score of ego-identity can prominently forecast dormitory interpersonal relationship.
