College students interpersonal relationship in dormitory condition isthe focus of attention of educational circles, social circles and psychology.Since Ma Jiajue event, there has been many murders of college dormitory tobe reported by mass media,caused major colleges and universities attachgreat importance to.From academic journals, there are many achievementsabout the research.However, I have noticed that the main group of theuniversity students are most borned after1990,who most grows up in anarcissistic way.They have a distinct personality, self-respect, freedom andso on, show some different from the previous generation characteristics.This research mainly divides into the following several parts: one, bythe questionnaire, we want to investigate college students dormitoryinterpersonal status; two, according to the result of questionnaire, itanalysises of the current situation of Yunnan Normal University dormitoryinterpersonal relationship. According to the investigation of currentsituation,we formulate corresponding group guidance scheme; three, wehave recruited the narrative group counseling members and launch groupcounseling on the basis of experimental sheme. four, it discusses the resultsof group counseling and give some advice concerned.According to the study, I have drawn the following conclusion:(1) The relationship in dormitory in Yunnan Normal University is ideal.Subjective satisfaction of most students is relatively high.(2) The distinct difference between the experimental group before andafter the test, the experimental group were measured before and threemonths after the test, the experimental group and the control group after thetest, the experimental group and the control group after three months oftesting in the dormitory interpersonal relationship diagnosis scale, SADscale, SCL-90scale proves that narrative approach group counselingintervention is effective.(3)Group counseling members’ feel after the guidance further prove that the narrative approach to group counseling intervention is effective.
