Female college students’ dormitory interpersonalrelationship have relative closeness and frequent communication,which has become one of the most common, direct and importantfemale college students’ interpersonalrelationships.However,female college students group’suniqueness lead to many contradictions and problems in femalecollege students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship, which willaffect their mental health seriously. Therefore, we have tothoroughly study the structure and characteristics of femalecollege students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship and theconnection with self consistency and congruence and our copingstyles. And there exits certain theoretical and practicalsignificance of the formation of the college students’ healthypersonality and the health psychology.We collect the questionnaire items by self-disclosure scaleon the basis of the extensive literature and updated findings. Thisstudy using the method of exploratory and confirmatory analysis,explores the structure of the female college students’ dormitoryinterpersonal relationship. Furthermore, the female college students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship and the connectionwith self consistency and congruence and coping styles areexplored in this study. The results showed that: First, theself-designed questionnaire of female college students’ dormitoryinterpersonal relationship was of high reliability and validity. Itcould be used as an evaluative implement on female collegestudents’ dormitory interpersonal relationship. Four dimensionswere identified in college students’ dormitory interpersonalrelationship: group cognition, interpersonal communication,personal characteristics and disruptive behavior. The empiricalmodel basically fits the theory conception model. Secondly, thefemale college students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship isgood that above the medium level.About grades, whether is the onlychild, female college students’ dormitory interpersonal differences,not significant in the dormitory type and source; Thirdly, positivecoping style and female college students’ dormitory interpersonalrelationship is significantly positive correlation, negative copingstyle and female college students’ dormitory interpersonalrelationship have significant negative correlation, positive copingstyle can predict the female college students’ dormitoryinterpersonal relationship; Fourthly, the score of female collegestudents’ dormitory interpersonal relationship, interpersonalcognition, interpersonal communication, personality and selfconsistency has significant positive correlation, the interpersonaldisturbance his behavior and self consistency has significantnegative correlation, in which the total score of the female collegestudents’ dormitory interpersonal relationship was the most powerful predictor of self consistency, then interpersonalcommunication; Fifthly, the score of female college students’coping style, positive coping style and self consistency hassignificant positive correlation, negative coping style and selfconsistency has significant negative correlation, the total scores ofcoping style has the forecast function in self consistency; Last, thefemale college students’ self consistency, coping styles and thedormitory interpersonal relationship exist significant correlation.Female college students’ self consistency and coping styles canpredict the dormitory interpersonal relationship.
