There are some issues in vocational school training in oral communication ability. Such as, lack of scientific and systematic, empirically trained, more arbitrary and evaluation mechanism is not perfect and so on. Training objectives must be clear, the training content should be defined, the training channels should be implemented, and the evaluation and supervision should be strengthened, so that we can see the effectiveness of oral training. In the process of writting, I used the access to documentation, sample evaluation, comparative studies, surveys and other research methods, trying to explore a targeted way, scientific, orderly and efficient manner to organize oral teaching.In this paper, according to the active exploration in spoken Chinese teaching, and meet the needs of today's society and the needs of students from vocational schools in their own development, the significance of spoken Chinese teaching is proposed. Corresponding to students' communication ability and the status of spoken Chinese teaching, from education, psychology theory and teaching practice on colloquial vocational exploration and practice of teaching, to discuss the exploration and practice in spoken language teaching and explore the concept of vocational education in spoken language teaching, targeting, in principle, system, teaching methods and approaches.Features and innovations of this article is that the object of this study is students from Wuxi machinery and electron higher vocational school. This school is an upgrading of middle vocational school and is based on science and engineering professionals. With the current rapid development of vocational schools, skilled talents will play more and more important roles in the country's economic restructuring in the future. What's more, the quality of vocational school students will become an important component of overall quality Our exploration based on the students from Wuxi machinery and electron higher vocational school, we made the certain program for the specific students in this school, although this is the practice according to the current statement of this school and the actual needs of students. However, we believe that this kind of program and exploration and practice for students in higher vocational schools provide the basis for verbal ability, has the promotion of higher vocational schools in the value and significance.
