School belonging refers to a kind of feeling state, in which students identified themselves as a part of the school inwardly, sentimentally and emotionally. They were willing not only to undertake responsibility and obligation as one of school membership, but also to attend school events. This feeling is a kind of individual emotion, the happiness for being a member of the school or the class, and sense of worth in the same collectivity. Adult Attachment refers to the emotional connection between individual and the persistent current companions; Adult Attachment is a stable individual tendency to close somebody who can meet their physical and psychological security, maintain and seek close in real terms; cognitive researchers view adult attachment as "the memories and reproduction of adult to their early childhood, and the current assessment of their childhood attachment experience"; in personality and social researchers'eyes ,adult attachment is "the emotional connection between individual and the persistent current companions ". Personality consists of two parts that are stable behavior and interpersonal process, Stable behavior is the stability of personality, does not vary with time and situation; interpersonal process refers to the emotion process, motivation process and cognitive process in individual internally.Different personality traits lead to different views, especially when students encountered important life events in the school, personality traits indirectly affect their feelings and attachment to school. In the adolescence stage, strong emotional changes of vocational students take place, the demand for intimacy in their lives take up a large proportion. Adult attachment will affect their self-development and state of mind, and a subsidiary of people will be moved to school. So, this study investigated the relationship among school belonging, personality trait and adult attachment of vocational students, in order to elaborate the characteristics and influence factors of vocational students'school belonging.In view of this, we surveyed 670 vocational students with School Belonging Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory to further investigation of vocational schools belonging, measure the relationship among the vocational students' school belonging, personality trait and adult attachment. Our objective is to provide more information about the research on relationship among school belonging, personality trait and adult attachment, to enrich the domestic research in these areas, to elaborate the characteristics and influence factors of vocational students'school belonging, to provide more vocational advice and guidance to psychological health of vocational students.In our research , cluster random sampling was used to select 670 vocational college students in Shandong Youth University of Political Science(The original Shandong Youth Administrators College),Shandong Agricultural Administrators College and Shandong Women's University(The original Women's University Shandong Branch of China). This Study used School Belonging Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory to measure the relationship between the vocational students' school belonging, personality character and adult attachment. Descriptive statistics, Correlation analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis and other statistic measurements were used to analyze valid data.Based on the current research and study space of school belonging, we put forward the following hypothesis:(1)There is significant difference between different sexes about the school belonging;(2)There is significant difference between different grades about the school belonging;(3)There is significant difference between whether the only child or not about the school belonging;(4)There is significant difference between different apartments about the school belonging;(5)The school belonging of vocational students is under the impact of parents;(6)There is really a correlation between school belonging and adult attachment;(7)There is really a correlation between school belonging and personality traits;(8)Psychosis and avoidance attachment significantly predicted school belonging negatively.The results showed that:(1) The low scores of the vocational students' school belonging should draw attentions and strengthen the cultivation of it among society, college and students.(2) The vocational students' school belonging was relatively consistent. There is no difference between different gender, major and apartment about the school belonging.(3) There is significant difference between different grades about the school belonging. The higher the grade was, the lower school belonging was. However, a strong sense of school belonging appears near graduation.(4) There is significant difference between whether the only child or not about the school belonging. The only child got a lower school belonging score.(5) There is really a correlation between school belonging and personality traits. Nervous disposition and psychosis were both negatively associated with school belonging.(6) There is really a correlation between school belonging and adult attachment. Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety were both negatively associated with school belonging.(7) Psychosis and avoidance attachment significantly predicted school belonging negatively, in another word, the higher level of psychosis and avoidance attachment, the lower school belonging they have.
