College Music Public Elective Courses Of Present Situation And Reform Strategy

University music elective course is the important part of quality education. It has played a more and more important pole in the non-music major's quality education. Music elective course, the important way of university aesthetic education, has an important role and significance in the comprehensive and harmonious development of non-music majors.Through the deeply survey of the present situation of the university music elective course, this paper thinks that university doesn't get the precise position and lack awareness of the purpose, task, content and the cognition. Therefore, it causes the condition that the leadership of university don't have the enough attention to the music elective course, the software and hardware can not give the enough support, management is not in place, teachers lack the activity of starting the music elective course, students also lack the activity of attending the music elective course, the music elective course is still at the stage of starting the class freely and lack of management. Another reason is that"examination"of education of the primary and secondary schools doesn't lay the good music foundation for the students. Above is the important reason of the inefficiency of the music elective course education.This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is mainly about the elaboration of the theory of the music elective course; the second chapter is about survey and analysis to the present situation of the university music elective course; the third chapter is the specific measures of the reform of the university music elective course: firstly, the learning teaching view based on the constructive theory; secondly, the adding of the music theory and the multi-core knowledge; the use of several teaching method.Through the implementation of the above teaching reform, the students enlarge the esthetic view and improve the comprehensive quality. Their personality is perfected。Their soul is purified. Students begin to against the vulgar and pursuit of elegance. They also establish a correct outlook on life and values.
