The development of cultural and creative industries can not only promote the structure optimization and upgrading of traditional industries, thus to achieve sustainable economic development, but also help to expand a country's cultural influence in the world, thereby enhancing a country's"soft power". In recent years, our cultural industry has made great progress. In many cities, it has become a new growth point of the local economy. We have already put a lot of manpower and finance on it. Meanwhile, many cities have established their Cultural Industry Promotion Planning, in order to promote a new growth of cultural industries.Industry amalgamation is a new form of industrial organization and industrial development patterns, which has brought a new model of industrial development. We can amalgamate industry on the basis of the mature industry, higher level of science and technology, relatively loose government controlling as well as updating on the concept of the whole society. Through the integration of development, we can not only promote industrial upgrading, integrating of a new form of industry, but also bring more economic effect and social effect.This paper firstly reviews the development of creative industries and the domestic and foreign culture industrial amalgamation theory research.
